We were a group of 5 friends who visited Lahore Grill late at night after a get-together. While the food itself was good, our overall experience was very disappointing due to the atmosphere inside the restaurant.

As soon as we sat down, a group of other customers sitting next to us started recording us on their phones without our permission. This felt extremely disrespectful and like a violation of our personal space. On top of that, they began making negative remarks about our religion and background, even though we had not said anything to provoke them.

What hurt the most was that the restaurant staff and owner, despite being present, did nothing to address this behavior or ensure a respectful dining environment. We ended up quietly paying our full bill and leaving, only to avoid conflict.

Restaurants should be safe, welcoming places for everyone, regardless of religion, background, or community. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I want to share this so others especially those from Indian or Hindu backgrounds know to be cautious.

Canada is a country that values inclusivity and respect, and I hope the management at Lahore Grill takes incidents like this seriously...

Delicious Flavors at Lahore Grill & Fast Food

I recently visited Lahore Grill & Fast Food and had the pleasure of trying their Aloo Paratha with Nihari and Paya. The food was absolutely outstanding – rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and a true representation of traditional Pakistani cuisine. The Nihari was tender and flavorful, while the Paya had a depth of taste that left me wanting more. The Aloo Paratha complemented the dishes wonderfully, making for a satisfying and memorable meal.

While the food was top-notch, the ambiance could use some improvement. The seating area and entrance felt a bit cluttered, with too many items in the space, which made the environment feel a bit crowded and less inviting. A more streamlined layout and some attention to the overall decor could elevate the dining experience even further.

Despite this, the quality of the food far outweighed any concerns about the atmosphere. I highly recommend Lahore Grill & Fast Food for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Pakistani dishes. The food alone makes it worth the visit, and I look forward to returning...

I got oil instead of curry- legit tipped over and got 2...yes 2 teaspoons of curry. Got maybe a quarter palm full of meat, the rest was well positioned bones to weigh down and fill the container. If this is what I knew I was paying for on Uber at 3 am I would have passed. Called and let them know and the lady said no to everything stated, said only paying for 3 pieces of meat. Heres the thing it's Covid and restaurants suffered ...it's so hard to do this ...but this was absolutely terrible. I'm never giving my trust to this place and loads of other choices avail in TO. Beyond the ordered the lady on phone was simply ill equipped to be interested in my thoughts. Service is tragic. Spend your trust and funds elsewhere. So tough to write this ...but gosh beyond terrible on food and service (care).
