📍Maman @Toronto, ON
🖤好食 (quality):😋😋😋😋 🤍環境 (environment): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🤎服務 (service): 💗💗💗💗 Introducing another cute spot for some coffee and pastries in Downtown Toronto! 😆Maman is located inside First Canadian Place and serves lots of unique pastries and coffees. I really love the vibes here, feels like I am in France! They also have seasonal lattes which changes every once in a while! 😙Other than pastries and coffees, they also serve sandwiches and food items which also looks pretty good! 🫠This time, I tried…
🍞Pistachio Loaf 🍞 Full of pistachio flavours and it is a very big slice too! 😎It is such a yummy treat along with a hot coffee! They have thick icing around the loaf which makes it so yummy! Personally, I would like it to be less dense, I needed some water to wash it down after eating the slice of loaf. 🧐
🍵Jasmine Green Tea Latte 🍵 Totally loved this tea, it was heavy on the green tea flavour and I really enjoyed it! 😆Although it was on the milky side, the jasmine green tea flavour really stood out! I believe that this is the only latte on their seasonal latte menu that you can get without sugar. 🫠
This spot was pretty difficult to find and very easy to miss! It is located right next to iQ on the food court floor in a corner! 🤭Maybe I just had bad eyesight hahah Thank you for the great hospitality and...

Read moreIt was OK. The interior is styled like an old-world French bistro with an antique cafe vibe. The decor is stylish and thoughtful with lots of natural light in the space, which is nice considering it's part of a larger food court. There is patron-seating inside or you can sit in the food court side just outside the door. You can also access this place directly off of King St. but you'll have to look out for the window sign or else it's a little tough to find.
The food was OK. Nothing too distinct but the flavours were nice and fresh. I had a great-tasting smoked salmon croissant sandwich. For the price, I wished the size was more substantial. I had a raspberry pop in a throwback type of glass bottle (brand is from the UK). They also have a house-made lemonade and serve coffee for takeout.
The service was attentive, which I appreciated considering that they get large lunch crowd that passes through fast. Because of this it didn't feel like a foodcourt establishment. Get there early before 1pm to get a wider selection of sandwiches. I actually ordered the last one available at 1pm. I'd come here again if I have a hankering for a fresh homemade sandwich on...
