I usually don’t write negative reviews but this afternoon I went in to get a chicken teriyaki bowl and I asked the server where the washroom was and he said it was out of order but 15 minutes later I saw another customer use the washroom. So naturally, I went back to the man that told me the washroom was out of order and asked him why other customers are using the washroom if it’s out of order and he said something to the effect of “you can use it for now”. The whole situation was disappointing because when he told me that the washroom was out order, I even asked him if there are any other public washrooms in the area and he wasn’t helpful. But in reality there was a washroom available in the place that other customers I saw using after the fact. So i asked for explanation and the man went to the back and brought out another colleague and she said that the reason why they said it was out of order was because they wanted to reduce the amount of people using the washroom as it was having some issues. But what didn’t make sense me is the following, why tell your paying customers the washroom is out of order when it is clearly usable (because I saw another customer use it) and if they have to fix the issue with the bathroom why not close it. Over all I was disappointed by the service because if I was very desperate to use a washroom or with another disabled person refusing to offer the washroom to a paying customer while it’s usable could’ve been been very challenging. So please make improvements on how you communicate with your customers and be fair with your service! If you’re telling one customer the washroom is out of order don’t let other customers use the washroom because all customers should be treated equally...
Read moreWell, the sushi burrito is an interesting concept to try and this place is a good start, for sure.
The salmon wrap is made of all fresh ingredients and it was nice. The combination of ingredients is a little bit strange though: salmon, rice, carrots, mango, onions(beware, dates!), fried tempura bits, avocado with sauce wrapped in seaweed and paper+sticker on top.
Good for presentation, but not easy to eat. If you remove the paper - it falls apart, if you don't - gonna be eating that paper.
The soup was too small, could have made it bigger - didn't feel the taste of anything expensive in it.
The design is also kinda weird, trying to be welcoming, but not really comfortable. An interesting option for lunch though - grab fresh and go.
Really strange to see recyclable napkins with the logo in a place with plastic one-time-use forks and spoons...
I don't like when you buy thing with onions/garlic/pepper and no one tells you about it.
Apart from that - a cool place to consider, a little bit...
Read moreThe worst experience here. I ordered a burrito and the server, Lavender, not only had a bad attitude, she double charged me, claiming that the machine did not work when the transaction obviously went through. She did not even check before charging me again. I checked my credit card records and two transactions of the same amount was recorded. I went back immediately to request for a refund and she did not apologize, did not check the records on her end, and simply dismissed me by saying that she will talk to the manager about it later and asked for my phone number. 3 mins later after I had already left the store, she called and said that the machine is now working and asked me to go back for a refund. It was a complete waste of time, having me go back and worth when they could have dealt with the problem while I was there. Worst customer service and I am never going back unless they get some better...
