Oh, Spring Sushi Toronto (4th Floor)—what a delightful sushi journey! If you’ve ever dreamed of dining in a chic, yet totally relaxed sushi haven where the food practically dances off the conveyor belt and into your lap, then Spring Sushi is the place for you. It’s like stepping into a world where sushi is both art and experience—where every piece you grab feels like a mini celebration, and each roll is a step toward culinary enlightenment. No need to overthink it; just let the sushi come to you and let the magic unfold.
First, let’s talk about the staff. Oh my goodness, the service here is top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that actually made me feel welcome, unlike the usual cold, robotic treatment you might expect at some conveyor belt joints. The hostess was friendly, warm, and quick to seat me, even though the restaurant was bustling. She made sure I felt at ease, which is always a pleasant surprise in such a busy setting. I wasn’t just another customer—I felt like a valued guest, and that’s something worth mentioning!
The waitstaff was equally stellar. No one here made me feel invisible. On the contrary, they were incredibly attentive, checking in just the right amount without being overbearing. My water glass was never empty, and they made sure I was comfortable and happy with every dish that came my way. There was a genuine effort to make sure my dining experience was smooth, and you could tell they cared about providing good service. The best part? They made sure to explain everything on the conveyor belt, offering suggestions and answering questions about the dishes like they were personal guides through this sushi wonderland.
Now, let’s get to the food—the real star of the show. Oh. My. Sushi. The fish was so fresh it practically told me where it had been swimming just a few hours earlier. Each piece was vibrant and packed with flavor, a true testament to the quality of ingredients they use. The tuna? So buttery and rich it practically melted in my mouth. The salmon? Honestly, it was like eating a slice of oceanic perfection. It was so fresh, so full of flavor, I almost wanted to not eat it, just so I could savor the moment longer.
And let’s not forget about the variety. The iPad Menu's was laden with a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, each more tempting than the last. Every time I thought, "Okay, I’m full," another irresistible plate would pop up on the screen, and of course, I’d find myself ordering it like a kid in a candy store. It was the ultimate sushi buffet, but without the guilt of going overboard, because let’s face it—everything on that menu was too good to pass up. The chefs at Spring Sushi really know their stuff—they’ve taken the concept of "all-you-can-eat" and elevated it to a whole new level.
In conclusion, if you want to experience a sushi meal that’s not just fresh but fun, with a fantastic team of people who truly care about your experience, then Spring Sushi Toronto (4th Floor) is the place to be. From the impeccable service to the truly delicious, high-quality food, it’s clear that they’re doing everything right. Whether you’re a sushi connoisseur or just someone looking for a really good meal, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. And hey, I’ll definitely be coming back—mostly because the sushi is so good that I might need to make it a...
Read more2017.11.06. Our first day in Toronto. We arrived Toronto International Airport from Calgary Airport around 3 pm. By the time arrived downtown Toronto (Our Final Destination Hotel), It was already 5 pm. We were so hungry. We haven’t eaten anything since the morning. After dropped off the suitcase, we began to seek food for our first dinner in Toronto now.
First, we’ve been to the Sushi Restaurant on West Dundas St. Downtown Toronto, which was recommended by one of my boyfriend’s coworkers. The restaurant was super fancy with a super expensive menu. Suprisely, it was no many customers there. After we sat in the restaurant, my boyfriend and I changed our minds and we decided to go for something else nearby.
After we left, my boyfriend took me to the Spring Sushi Restaurant, which is located nearby his company. The restaurant has so many locations in downtown Toronto. The one we’ve been in Yonge Dundas Square. Because of right at the dinner time, there were lots of people in this restaurant. Inside the restaurant is nice and clean. The waitresses and servers all wear the uniform. We had to wait outside for a few minutes, but it was very fast. About 5 -10 minutes waiting, a waitress led us to our table and passed an Ipad to us for food ordering. This is an all you can eat restaurant. The customers have to order their own food via Ipad menu. All the dishes on the digital menu have prices and images, which are very convenience for people to make their choice of the food.
A few minutes after we ordered food on the Ipad, Our orders came out from the kitchen. All food was fresh and well cooked with medium portions. The taste of the food was decent. Comparing with many other all you can eat sushi, this restaurant has a great food quality and very peaceful environment. The servers were nice and friendly. By accident, my boyfriend ordered too many same special rolls. The server helped us to return some of them back to the kitchen. The prices of the food are around average. $28.99 per Adults after 3 pm. In summary, It was a great experience at Spring Sushi....
Read moreCame here with some friends from out of town because they mentioned this place as being their favorite in the past. I've been here before too but it was many many years ago, and it was for dinner back then. I do understand that a lot of the price per person also stems from the location of Spring Sushi, as well as the atmosphere, but I do believe that for the price paid per person, the options were pretty lacking for lunch.
-[ADULT WEEKEND LUNCH] $31.99/PERSON 🥟 The veggie gyoza were amazing - there were two versions but both were delicious so I highly recommend those 🍲 Seafood miso soup was okay, pretty much just had imitation crab meat in it and that was the seafood aspect haha 🐟 Grilled salmon steak was well made, and the sauce on it was good 🍡 The takoyaki came heavily sauced which I didn't mind but there seemed like there was wasabi mayo on it 🌶️ Their spicy salmon roll was the typical one you would get at most restaurants so it's a safe bet to order if you're a fan of those like I am 🍓 The strawberry ice cream that they had was yummy, and I recommend it if you like strawberry 😊
📝 Many of our servers were in training so they frequently brought the wrong dishes to our table. When we informed them of this though, they were more than happy to take them away 📝 Our friends were running late, and the hostesses were very accommodating and moved our reservation to a later time to help us out 📝 There was an instance where the table next to us was essentially having their conversation at a volume I can only describe to be shouting. This was not ideal, and I do wish someone had addressed this for us as it made the dining experience uncomfortable
I would probably only come back again specifically for dinner given that there would be torched sushi, and sashimi...
