Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

I’ve given this Subway location multiple chances, but every order has been a disappointment. The first time, the sandwich had barely any sauce. The second time, there were very little veggies, and the last two times it honestly felt like I was just eating bread. Most recently, I ordered the Nashville Style Hot Chicken, but what I received was bland, with almost no sauce and none of the Nashville hot flavor it’s supposed to have. What makes it worse is when I called to give feedback about my order, the staff not only denied to accept their mistake but also spoke in a very rude tone. That is unacceptable customer service. After three straight poor experiences and rude treatment when I tried to address it, I am extremely disappointed. It feels like there’s no care for quality or customers at this location, and I will never consider or suggest anyone to order from this...

Went in with my son, we usually do this on weekdays for early dinner. The guy serving us, was exceptionally rude, he didn't hear my order and proceeded to make the wrong size sandwiches. Then blamed me that I changed my mind, proceeded to complain about me in another language to another employee, which I understood..I told him I knew what he was saying. He then says "good", and then started to throw toppings on the sandwiches. I was with my son, otherwise I would have lost it. Someone else took over for payment, who was way more pleasant. All I have to say, go here and if you get an attitude filled man, he was possibly Indian, tell him off. From the get go he was rude to his co-workers, if you don't like what you're doing, then leave, stop being toxic to your colleagues...

I visit this Subway location regularly for lunch during my workdays, and I must say it never disappoints. The staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient, even during the busiest hours. Their ability to handle the rush with a smile is truly commendable.

The sandwiches are always fresh and made exactly to my preferences, which keeps me coming back. Whether it’s the perfectly baked bread, crisp vegetables, or generous portions of protein, everything is consistently top-notch.

To the franchise owner: your team at this location does an amazing job, and their hard work and excellent customer service deserve recognition. A reward or some acknowledgment for their efforts would go a long way in showing appreciation for the outstanding experience they provide.
