Wow, okay, what the heck. Currently at this location and a lady with a stroller who ordered and was waiting to get into the bathroom for like 20 mins, flagged to the staff that no one was inside, but that the door has been locked for 20 mins. She legit had a conversation with them about it, and the girl she was talking to proceeded to ignore her and went back to working while the lady just stood there. It was the weirdest interaction I had ever seen.
Another guy goes to order and they don’t have any of the ingredients needed for his order (including tomatoes?!), and after a few other tries to order other basic things they didn’t also have, he gets frustrated, says nevermind and walks off.
Then I come and read the reviews and responses, and notice that the responses are just gaslighting the reviewers. It’s not “uncharacteristic” if dozens are making similar comments. Also, saying that it doesn’t sound like your location is a terrible way to respond. Like? Are you implying that the person is lying or dazed and confused?! Lol! So insulting! As someone who works in marketing, this is a terrible way to deal with Google reviews feedback. Who’s managing...
Read moreThis Time Hortons located a few minutes east of Woodbine Station was a super large location. A very nice manager and a cook helped us with the menu because it is still Tim Hortons but under a different franchise. This location we know so far sells flatbread pizza so that is what we chose! The flatbread pizza we chose was the Chicken Parmesan. I really liked that it's a personal pizza or a pizza to share with friends (Met up with some friends later, tried a slice and are looking forward to visiting this this unique Tim Hortons establishment!) I also liked that the pizza is done in under 10minutes! A Pizza with chicken on top, parmesan, spices tomato sauce, flatbread with an Extra Large Double-Double coffee was very different but very delicious. I have never experienced that kind of food combination before. Who ever decided to implement pizza into the Tim's Menu 👏 very good job! Had a great experience! Will definitely...
Read moreI think the idea of a deluxe Tim Hortons is great. Tim Hortons is a classic Canadian staple, and it is truly unfortunate that this location does not execute the idea properly. Went in this location for a few pastries and a coffee and from what I could tell it was not during a rush (for any fast-food place, a “rush” is a slang term for a lot of customers at the moment). Customer service here varies from the cashier and there is not a proper line-up system in place. When it was my turn to order, the cashier immediately shut me down insisting that a customer was before me. It was only until a kind woman in front of me jumped into the conversation said I was next. Although, this was a minute dispute, I have seen regular and small Tim Hortons locations with a line up system in place while this location had none. The drinks are solid and the exclusive products here are cool, but sporadic customer service is an...
