Day of the incident September 6th 2019 12:42:50
So, I was trying to order a taro milk bubble tea but the card machine was not working properly (I notified the worker that it's been one minute that the card machine was not working. The employee said to wait for another minute and later finally admits the card machine had the error). So, I had to go back, get my money, and headed back to the store.
Inside the store, the line was long but a customer was finishing up the transaction. So, I thought I would be the next one to pay since the bubble tea is already out and waiting and transaction have been 90% done. It just needed to be closed by a payment (literally the employee just needed to take my money and give the change back).
Even though I was in front of the cashier, instead she decided to take two more customer transactions (and this was long. Took about 5 minutes to 8 minutes before I had to chance to pay for it) before my turn.
I could somewhat understand why the cashier did this. After I have paid everything, I expected an employee to give me my drink, after all, I could see it behind the counter.
So, I waited until the employee would hand me the drink because it would be rude for me to put my hand over the counter and grab it from the employee work desk (Also, just to make sure the employee could see me, I stood in front of the area where drinks are handed out to customers).
But I was wrong. The employee did not care about giving my drink nor even decided to look at me. So I stood there for about a minute before realizing the employee's deliberate ignorance and had to remind the employee to hand my drink.
I was surprised the treatment of the employees because they treated me like I did not exist.
Please, if you are the manager of this place, please look at the CCTV at the stated time above. See if this is how you should...

So I ordered a black tea macchiato this afternoon. Speed was good and I got my tea few min after.
Then I found my macchiato was covered with really thick layer of cream ( more than twice as usual), and it’s really hard for me to drink. (Just imagine a chuck of thick cream into your mouth)
So I asked the servers to get me a new one with cream that has usual thickness. (I’ve been to coco so many times and it always serves me with just good amount of cream. )
But both of them insisted that this is the correct amount and one of them gave me a straw and asked me to drink with it. No, you don’t drink your macchiato with straw. You have to taste your mouth to drink the tea with the cream.
The other server still insisted and asked me “ please let me know to put less cream next time”. Then she used a straw to skim off some cream and handed it back to me. I didn’t want to argue and said fine, then left the store.
So how hard is it to give a customer new cup...
