Amazing fried chicken sandos and super crispy fries. Great taste and portions. Kitchen staff went above and beyond and everything was packaged and presented so well. I will definitely continue to support awesome local establishments like this. Thanks again for the order!

Edit: Updating my review and changing rating from 5 stars to 3. Since my positive review, I have ordered two more times, most recently on Feb 21, 2022. Overall to-go service quality, and food portions have dwindled on both subsequent visits. 35 minute wait time for food pick-up mid-day Monday, with 3 different people asking for the same order details I had already confirmed for a mobile preorder and without acknowledgement and made to feel rushed and like a second class citizen.

The waiting area and process for to-go orders sucks. They send you around to the back around the building and where no one is there and you have to awkwardly open doors that land you right by a high traffic staff/server area but it’s also an area where you’re basically hovering right near a seated table. You’re watching people stare at you and eat and it’s such a weird vibe. And when you have to stand around for 15 minutes after your order says it’s ready for pick-up, it’s frustrating and annoying. I would have sat in and ordered a beer if I wasn’t told “it’ll be a minute or two.”

The chicken (delicious) in the sandwich was literally half the size of the bun…the worst I’ve ever seen a place cheap out. Like seriously? Is the economy that bad now? It was basically a large chicken strip pressed between two admittedly tasty buns. The fries portion was abysmal (pretty standard issue these days for all restaurants).

It’s ridiculous how people pay more and more each year for food and keep supporting local establishments who cut more and more corners in service and quality (and quantity) and give people less and less and we just accept it.

Tip: if you’re going to cheap out and cut corners, don’t do it with the fries. Never skimp on the fries, especially if you’re calling a plump chicken strip a chicken sandwich now. If you can’t afford a few extra potatoes every few customers, your business model and/or your government are the problem. Not your customers. Stop...

The most stupid restaurant business ever. We ordered for our dinner Sunday night then I went to pick it up from the restaurant like all normal restaurants in Brentwood mall Burnaby BC. Google guided me to the mall then there was nothing the pin was at the middle of the open area and no place I decided to call thanks god there was a number I called there was only a message to push numbers to find the hours and location asked to dial one. THERE WAS MO LOCATION. and no option to talk with an actual human. Then I started to ask people nobody even heard anything g about this stupid food seller. Finally asked a gentleman who was in food delivery and he said it is inside the TAP AND BARREL. Can you believe that. I went in and asked for my order and thee poor front desk guy person said there is a cap board here and let me check. He did and my food was there 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Can anyone understand this...

I have had the garlic Caesar salad, straight up Mac and the popcorn chicken with ranch. These are all by far the most delicious things I have ever eaten in regards to western food. That ranch is so delicious and the pickles they gave was iconic. The noodle selection for the macaroni and cheese was perfect and the flavour was so tasty.
