My husband and I walked by the restaurant a few weeks ago. It was not opened yet but the menu looked good. After running an errand this morning, we decided to give it a try for lunch.

I'm glad we made the trek from Broadway and Cambie where we were do our shopping. We love the place!

We ordered an order of crispy spring rolls to share. I had the beef pho and my husband ordered the grilled pork vermicelli. Both the pho and the vermicelli were very good. I love that fresh pho noodles are used. The grilled pork pieces were tender and juicy and the sauce from the pork helped dress the vermicelli very nicely.

The crispy spring rolls were sooooo good we could not get enough of it. As soon as it was plated on the table, we could see the crispiness from the colour and could not wait to dive in.

We could not have enough of the garlic oil on the table. Although it was not necessary at all given our orders were flavourful on their own, the oil added another layer to the depths of the flavours of our dishes.

The service team was super helpful and friendly and the decor was inviting.

I asked my husband if he would come back. He said "oh...

My wife and I were thrilled to try this restaurant after a day in the city. I will say the service is great! Very friendly and helpful staff.

My wife had a vermicelli dish which she enjoyed, we shared a salad roll and I had the house special pho.

The salad roll was a little under-whelming and the peanut sauce was bland.

As for my pho, I received a bowl of it and it was presented very well, and looked delicious. After just a few bites I found that the soup was not very warm. But the noodles were over cooked. The beef rib in the soup was also cold in the center and Luke warm on the outside.

I told the staff and they very graciously made a new bowl which came piping hot and the noodles were cooked perfectly but the beef rib was still a funky texture and cold inside. It put a literal bad taste in my mouth so I finished the second bowl with only two bites, one being of the beef.

I have now been sick at home for 2 days and this was the only thing outside of my regular diet that I have eaten.

The staff and service is tremendous. But there is a disconnect with the...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently dined at MOC and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The menu is diverse, offering a wide range of authentic dishes. My husband and I tried the beef Pho, lemongrass chicken rice and beef carpaccio and they were hands down the best I've ever had—rich broth no MSG, perfectly tender noodles, and fresh herbs that brought everything together. We couldn’t stop raving about the flavors and freshness of the ingredients. The lemongrass chicken and the beef carpaccio were so tender which tastes perfect.

The service was impeccable. Our server was friendly and attentive, making great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Overall, MOC is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!...
