Overall: 4/5 Packaging: 3/5 Fresh: 5/5 Quality: 5/5 Quantity: 5/5 Pricing: 3.5/5 Let me start with this, the food here is really good! Affordable on Uber Eats with great discount! But normal price is a little pricy. In Pizza Hut, a large pizza is $17; While here is $21. My fav pizza joint use to be Pizza Hut until they lowered their quality of pizza and my family stopped eating pizza all together unless it's from costco. Additional toppings in this restaurant are expensive. But overall not bad! The only thing you should really take away from here is the food is amazing! Packaging points took a dive because I've had better packaging from other pizza places. That includes taping the lid shut so if the delivery person tries to tamper with the food, you can tell. There was no receipt or name in my order. Other then that, amazing food! If you don't want to risk your food being tampered, I suggest eating at the restaurant. The quality of the pizza is something you won't be disappointed with! Hope you find my review helpful~

Had an order of the Chipotle Chicken Pizza today and I’ve also ordered this before as well via UberEats! The driver who delivered my order was super friendly! The pizza itself did not disappoint! To the disgruntled person who wrote a review that claimed the chicken is fake, the chicken is in fact very real! Anyway, moving on, as someone who is from Southwestern Ontario and grew up in a city that has a big reputation for pizza, I would have to say this pizza joint is absolutely amazing! I love the thin crust, and I love chicken on pizza! Kudos for honey garlic sauce and garlic sauce too! The pizza itself is NOT greasy, super flavourful and delicious! The sesame seeds are a nice addition to the pizza! Would definitely order again when I have massive pizza cravings!

Was simply blown away the first time here, mind you we were DUI without the D, had to come back for a second try! Taste 1/1* Simply amazing, they quickly re-oven every slice you order, make it taste just that much better! Value 1/1* At $3.33/slice it’s not bad, we tried to go for the Tuesday $1.90/slice but did not see (tiny print as usual) it was only till 7pm :( Service 1/1* Fast and friendly, even got self serve ranch, hot sauce and ketchup on top of the usual chili and cheese Cleanliness 0.5/1* Pizza counters are clean, rest are not the cleanest, but it’s a quick pizza joint, what do you expect Overall/Revisit 1/1* Would definitely visit a 3rd, 4th and more times Paying for Reno? - No Above and beyond? - No

Ordering a pizza should not be this hard!!! Wow man! It took me 2 hours because the person does not understand basic english.

Edit to Owner’s Response: I did not cancel the order cause it is too expensive I cancelled cause skip the dishes (which actually solved the problem where you couldn’t) was offering better prices and free delivery. Therefore like any sensible person that does not want to pay 10 dollars extra for the same cheap pizza would do, I went and ordered from skip the dishes. Just the fact that you are twisting the story rather than apologizing for the inconvenience speaks volumes about your business.

On top of this, I called to just add 3 dipping sauces and you literally requested the order to be remade for 2 dollars, when I offered to pay the difference you said you cant do it, I need to re order and go through the same hassle. I had to call skip the dishes and literally the person on the phone even said, this restaurant has been getting so confusing lately... maybe hire someone that is a little more in tune with service industry. Anyhow, I am not here to educate you guys, just for the rest of the people looking for a cheap pizza, there are far better options nearby.

Update: There is literal 800 plus views on this review with you guys being terrible hosts about 2 dipping sauces(literal 2 dipping sauces). I can flat out buy your restaurant, so don’t give me excuses about buying a cheap pizza lol, learn how to talk to a complaining customer with legit concerns about your ability to run a business and speak proper english on the phone or hire someone who can (this advice is for free for you). I do enjoy throwing in a pizza for my friends when we get together or for my business meetings, but thats all you guys are a cheap pizza venue, with terrible service. If anyone wants to buy cheap pizza, at least they can deal with a company that know how to take orders, uncle fatih, megabite and pizza garden are plenty around town. No one needs you and your terrible attitude other than drunks on granville street.

You guys did not call me to solve the issue btw, thats a flat out lie. I called you and said add whatever needs to be added to my order and charge me for it. And you said “oh no we cant, you have to call skip the dishes” for 2 extra dipping sauces. Lol. Great example of customer service guys!

The issue is not even the extra dollars, the issue is your attitude, I would rather pay double to not ever deal with a slow and incoherent person like you. But lucky for me and the rest of Vancouver I don’t have to pay double, cause literally on the same street there are 20 other places that are better than you guys for same prices. And skip the dishes works for you for 2 years and so what, they work with all pizza joints, you think somehow you are special and can do whatever unreasonable thing you like. They were also annoyed by your inability to solve a simple cheap pizza order, and many other clients having the same issue... Get a lesson in client communication from your community college or something before writing back to a customer in this terrible tone; you are only digging yourself a deeper hole, stop being an amateur, or get out of the delivery business.

I just read your other replies, it is sad man, you keep on fighting with anyone that does not like your establishment. Who thought you that was a good idea... sad indeed. Anyhow, keep your thoughts to yourself. I am not here to argue with you, I am here to warn people from getting a...

Ordered from these guys for the first time, asked for the 19.99, 5 topping pizza, wings and soda deal. Pizza, drink and RANCH arrived with no wings. Asked my delivery guy where they were. His response was to call the business and was impatient to leave after I showed him the online deal I said I ordered. Called back guy who I ordered from and told him the problem. Instead of trying to hear me out and fix HIS screw up, he proceeded to argue and haggle with me like he was at a street market in the middle east. These guys have a horrible attitude and clearly have no problem charging you for something you paid for and didn't recieve. Serious dishonest jackasses, steer clear of this establishment.

In response to your response; Your employee knew exactly what I ordered, I even had him read my order back to me. I asked specifically if the order came with the wings, because that's what I wanted and he said YES. However, that's not the problem, the problem is he refused to even let me finish explaining the miscommunication issues at hand and chose to start an argument with me which is unprofessional and completely out of line. I suggest teaching your employees better manners.

Here is a direct copy from the menu off your website! It's doesn't say anywhere what size the pizza is.....might I suggest fixing that online so customers aren't mislead.

DEAL 1$19.99

1 Five Topping Pizza, 10 pcs Chicken Wings, 1 can of Pop, 2 Dipping Sauces

I didn't want a XL pizza, why would one person need that much food for dinner???? Your employee made the mistake, he never told me what size the pizza was.....as he should have and refused to be wrong. Ask yourself why there were two wing dipping sauces in the bag, but no wings?!? There are plenty of other pizza establishments in Vancouver, that I'm sure hire employees with integrity and class. I'll be spending my cash elsewhere. Thank you for the "discount,"...

Pizza was decent. Experience was very poor. Ordered online from their website for my husband and I, his pizza was accurate but on mine I had un-selected mozzarella because I can't eat cheese. The pizza was delivered with cheese so I called to let them know and ask for either a new pizza or my money back so I could run out and get something else. They argued with me and said I didn't add any special requests to my order. I explained that I had de-selected mozza so I didn't think there was a need to add a special request (nor did I see an area for that). They told me it didn't come through that way and there was nothing they could do to help me. My husband went down to the restaurant to speak with them in person and return the pizza. They again argued with him but based on not wanting to deal with him anymore they said they would remake the pizza. I again recieved a phone call, this time from a supervisor, again telling me I was wrong and didn't order the pizza properly. I again explained that I de-selected mozza and it wasn't my fault if they're system doesn't send that data through but I certainly wasn't paying for a dinner I couldn't eat. She finally agreed to make a new pizza (after already having this convo with my husband who was still in the restaurant waiting). Overall, I was just extremely disappointed with the customer service and essentially being told I was a liar and they weren't willing to help me. We won't be back. I understand things are tight right now and businesses are struggling but that is not an excuse to treat...
