I love Subway, but this location has disappointed me a few times now. The person working there had a friendly demeanour, however the amount of mayonnaise he put on my sandwich was way too much. I couldn’t even finish it, and that’s coming from a gal who loves mayonnaise. My bread seemed unusually white in colour, like it hadn’t been baked as long, but from what I could tell it tasted fine, just overwhelmingly overpowered by mayonnaise. They also were out of stock of a lot of things. The last time I went to that location I had problems too. I ordered online through the app and when I got there when it was supposed to be ready they had not even received my order in their system, which the worker said was a frequent problem. We double checked that I had put my order in at the correct location, and I had. Everything on my phone checked out but the restaurant itself had no indication of my order. This worker was also kind and was very apologetic even though it...
Read moreCame into order a sandwich for lunch, was the only person in the restaurant. The guy didn’t say hello and instead was running around preparing things, but didnt acknowledge my presence at all for eight minutes. When I finally tried to start giving my order, he just looked at me confused and kept running around. After 10 minutes of not even being able to place my order despite no one else being in the restaurant, I gave up and left. The only reason it has a high reviews they try to bribe you with free cookies if you leave a five star, but this place is a gong show; definitely go to a different location if you’re in any kind of hurry
Update: it was definitely this location. My advice for improvement would be if things are busy, let the customer know that (ie “hey sorry, gonna be a few minutes”) instead of avoiding eye contact with them, and to prioritize customers who are physically present and in a rush over...
Read moreI ordered an Italian B.M.T. for takeout at this Subway location earlier today and chose flatbread for the sandwich. Unfortunately, the flatbread was baked to the point that it was as hard as a biscuit—completely overdone and almost impossible to eat.
It seemed like the bread was taken straight from the fridge and put into the oven without allowing it to properly thaw, which resulted in an extremely hard and crumbly texture. What made the experience worse is that the staff member appeared to notice the issue during packaging but handed it to me anyway, without offering to remake it.
It would’ve been much better customer service to remake the sandwich or at least inform me about the issue. Instead, we were left trying to eat a sandwich with bread that was tough and fell apart easily.
I hope this location pays more attention to food quality and customer experience...
