Errrrr Mixed feelings....

Never had such great pork - a bit smoky flavor Something magic is in the broth Broth is hot The Caucasian girl in glasses and short hair is very thoughtful and provided excellent services Ramen portion is enough to keep you not hungry. To add extra is not going to make you too full either

Noodle too raw for my liking. Doesnt taste like well cooked noodle dipped into icy water. It tastes raw. Noodle so hard and raw that extra ramen doesn't make your experiences better at all. Free extra ramen is on the menu but not offered proactively. So you have to ask. If you come by yourself, you gonna be placed at the single seat which is small and uncomfortable with only high chairs. Don't be afraid to get comfy seat. Singles shouldn't be discriminated and get second class treatment. I asked the Asian waitress. She oked while saying if it is busy I d need to move. I agreed. Not sure whether they gonna really make you move if busy. - I understand if you discriminate based on spending as a business but no toleration for discrimination based on the number of people! They don't have a habit of catching customers eyes nor checking on you in the middle. I waited for looooooog time until get someone to help me. Considering the Asian waitress with purple hair came to collect my bowl immediately after I finished, the contrast of wait time is ridiculous. Not a good experience. She also couldn't wait to bring the bill without asking . Feeling not welcomed. She left the machine in front of me like in the photo. The machine is not even facing me. Basically she s just asking tip in a rude way. Yikeeees! Then she walked across my table with no eye contact or anything again...

Considering nice pork and broth which is the core of Ramen, I still recommend the place.

But the customer experience is just not there, even tho there is one excellent waitress. Given the reasonable price, maybe the expectation is too high for them.

Saying that, I am not coming back even they have many other great items on the menu. Just do NOT like to be treated poorly (seating, wait time in the middle, urged to leave - the last one is the unacceptable esp. there are plenty of...

I parked out front and man, what a bad ass design. The ramen butcher, with a pigs face. Before walking in I noticed the special on the sign. For people that wear a watch, they get a free mini Curry Don! EUREKA!!!! I have my sport watch on yaaaaaadd!!!. Just wanted to update folks that they have specials from time to time.

I enter and was greeted by a nice lady. I was also greeted by the kitchen staff. Love it! I sit down and heard loud rap and hip hop music, loving it more! My server arrives. I told her "the chef in the kitchen can decide for me, chefs choice." she reacted with a smile and said Hai yes ok I will tell the kitchen.

My server arrives with the classic ramen, lean pork and fatty pork. Ok here we go first sip of the broth! How did it taste?... My eyes closed... Yes that's right. It's pretty good. Ramen boiled perfectly, pork is excellent, and the egg, gorgeous like the sun...

My server returns and does a check up. She then surprises me with a appetizer on the side on the house. She said "since you are the first customer we always offer 3 pieces of gyoza for free." Wow!!! I'm definitely coming again. Now you’re probably thinking how the free mini Curry Don is? I never got the chance to try it because my meal was perfect! I declined it only because I still had to excercise my dogs after. But hey on any other day most likely I would take it with a big grin LOL.

Excellent service, bathroom has a check list and it clean! Food? Mine was delicious! Environment is a nice setup!

Love it here! Great experience each time! I’ve visited multiple...

Lots of good reviews which prompted my visit to this establishment. The ramen here is delicious but the appetizers here are mediocre at best.

The Classic Ramen was pretty good and the noodle texture was perfectly cooked! The broth was rich, creamy, strong and packed a good punch with lots of flavours with each sip, though I found it to be on the heavier/fatty side, but still very good broth. On a nice cold day, it was very hearty and comforting. The Cha Siu however was dry, thin and did not have any flavour in it whatsoever. Even soaked with the broth, it was just alright.

I also ordered the Chicken Karaage which was super meh as the chicken wasn’t very tender or juicy. On top of that, the batter was not fried properly nor was it very crispy and was extremely salty. I am no chicken karaage expert by any means but I love fried chicken and that was probably the worst I have ever had.

The Okonomi Gyoza was second-rate. There was nothing special about it as the gyozas were small and the filling was stingy. At $8.50 for five, it is incredibly expensive.

I did order takeout but waited a bit for my order to be ready and pretty much ate it within five minutes of pick up while everything was fresh. Unfortunately I will not be back as the ramen scene in Vancouver is growing and there are other shops with broth just as good and...
