Triple O's — Restaurant in Vancouver

Our first time to dine here while spending a family day in Science World. We ordered a milkshake and we mentioned it 2x to the guy at the till. Order came fast but it was missing the milkshake. They told my husband to pay for it (the fact that they made a mistake should have prompted them to give it for free). That is common courtesy for customer service.

Tip: ALWAYS REPEAT THE ORDER BACK TO THE CUSTOMER!!!! It’s that simple.

Anyway, we got the milkshake for free but someone at the counter kept looking at us with such fierce eyes. Constantly looking while we eat our meal. As if we “lied or stole” for the milkshake. It was very rude and it made us very uncomfortable.

We noticed another family complaining about the order that has not been completed and the same guy/girl from the till, ROLLED HER EYES on this customer as customer walked away. Is this how you treat customers?

Disappointing customer service especially being in a family friendly area. Whoever the manager on this location is, is failing and the team needs retraining on customer service.

Food is ok, nothing new on triple O’s. Place is dirty compared to other triple Os, sticky floors....

If i could give it no stars, I would.

I'm very tired from a long day of events with the family; but I felt it necessary to warn people away from this location.

I have NEVER in my life tasted burgers this bad! I ordered (for the family) a mozza mushroom burger combo, a double double combo with extra meat, 2 kids meals, one with a cheeseburger and one with grilled cheese. This meant i was able to taste all THREE burgers because NONE OF US liked the taste, or lack thereof! My wife: "this tastes like cardboard" My one kid: "I want a real cheeseburger - not this one!" After spending close to $50 for this meal, I came away feeling like they should have paid ME to eat this trash! None of us could finish our meals - even the fries were limp and cold.

To make matters worse, the floor and countertops, multiple tabletops were dirty - this is on December 24th - NOT a lot of traffic AT ALL. It would have been cleaner to eat our meal in the Scienceworld bathroom! (yes, THOSE are clean!)

The only safe item to order at this restaurant is some napkins - they can't screw those up! ...

I have been to this fast food outlet in Science World several times, mostly for coffee. The coffee is not too bad. Today I saw them advertising Beyond Burger with Avocado and I ordered one for lunch.

Recently, I have had beyond burgers at a couple of the White Spot restaurants, and I had liked them.

But, my burger today was quite dry and I couldn't immediately figure out why I didn't like my burger. Finally, I determined that there were no avocado. The burger just had a piece of lettuce and mayo. It actually was quite disappointing.

When I asked why no avocado, their answer was "Oh, we use avocado sauce, not real avocado". Not a good answer. I just pointed out that this was a misleading advertisement. No answer, of course.

Later in the day, we went to the White Spot at No. 3 Rd and Ackroyd in Richmond for supper. One of us ordered a Beyond Burger. It came with Avocado as expected and as advertised and it was...
