The Big Cannoli Inc — Restaurant in Vaughan

Cannoli are the best I’ve had and are one of my favourite Italian desserts. The cannoli she’ll was crispy and had a really nice crunch. The ricotta and pistachio filling were light, creamy and airy. Really nice texture!! Wish the pistachio had a more intense flavour. They have 2 sizes now as opposed to the 3 from previous pictures of other reviewers (maybe due to the pandemic?). Also had the Nutella bomba and another pastry. They bomba was nice and soft with a nice light doughy bread with a good amount of filling to bread ratio. The other pastry, which I’m not sure what it is, but it’s the last one in my pictures had a really flaky finish (almost sfoglia-like with some crispness to it). It was buttery and you can hear the crispy bites as you dig into it. For the bomba and this pastry, there is a coating of sugar, which makes it a little bit too sweet and would probably be mighty tasty even without that coating. I ordered the large cannoli and it was ready on a very busy long weekend , it was a HUGE hit ,

As a Muslim it’s hard to be a foodie with restrictions to alcohol and pork and the fact you accomdatsd me when no other bakery in Mississauga or Hamilton would was just unbelievable! Your staff greeted me with a smile on their face on a day I know they’d rather be at home with family

Everyone please go to the Big Cannoli ! I bought the large one with 35 cannolis inside a huge shell and its WORTH IT

only criticism ... to the management , please give us an option to TIP YOU ! I wanted to leave a little something as a thank you and I wasn’t able to ! Also do let customers know that you’re a CASH AND DEBIT ONLY !

I saved money aside for this but I usually just use credit to avoid transaction fees from my bank , it’s more so for other customers who probably wouldn’t know about it that might get caught

All and all you guys rock ! 10/5 and you’ll have my business in the future �

From Mississaugas very...

I have to be honest. I love anything Sweet. Starting from the top... The service was terrible. I took them 20 min to get my Cannoli's ready, also the girl filling the Cannoli didn't wear gloves and her hair wasn't tied back, and they had 2 friend at theback coming in and out chatting and laughing with them. When I asked the nice young ladies to tell me about the cannoli shell... All she said was the pull it out of a box and fill them...... It didn't even smell like a bakery....and when I bite into the shell the shell was hard as a rock... Their only saving grace was the filling was to die for...........Sorry BIG CANNOLI , I gave you a fair chance.... If you want to improve. THe staff should get a course in customer service and your should make your own shells......... YOu guys have a good thing going if you fix it...
