The owner is beyond rude and has no experience in dealing with situations as they arise. I had an allergy to dairy and specified it on my online order last month. By accident, I added cheddar but indicated my allergy on the online form. For some reason, cheddar was in my order by accident. I understand that you acknowledge that your order is correct. When I went into the store, the owner was saying “you tell me what’s wrong with your order”. I was confused and it felt like she was attacking. So instead of putting the cheddar in a dressing container, she mixed it in, knowing that it would be a problem. She refused to call the number to verify about the cheese in the order and I could see my telephone number on the receipt.

Read moreI used to frequent this business because I do enjoy their food but the second to last time I was in they forgot to put my avocado which I paid extra for, on my salad. I checked my receipt and I was definitely charged for it but they neglected to include it. I was in there this evening and mentioned it, thinking that they would just not charge me this time as I ordered the same thing but the girl said No because there is no way to prove that I didn't get it! As if I would lie about something so silly to save a measly $2.50. I will not go back again out of principal. I paid for something I didn't receive and my dinner was also a disappointment because I didn't get what I ordered. This is bad business practice...

The food seems good quality and competitively priced.
Unfortunately the last time I ordered they either put almost no dressing on my item or forgot to put on the dressing at all. No problem I thought and brought it to them to correct the issue. They refused to correct it unless we paid for extra sauce. They seem unwilling or unable to address exceptional circumstances. It's little situations like these that stop people from coming back.
