A lovely store with great customer service!

Last Monday (8th Nov) I ordered a Bday cake from Flourish BeauTea for a friend of mine who lives in Victoria & according to him the Cake was super delicious!

But the main thing the service they provided me from the inquiry to delivery and the way the delivery was prepared were very commendable.

Especially as a person who lives outside of Canada, the entire process of placing a Cake order was kinda mission for me & I had doubt how to get it done without any mistake. But the team of Flourish BeauTea made it so easy for me. So the special thanks to Anna and the entire staff including the other members of Downtown store. Really appreciate guys! 👏🏻

I give this place 1 star for using wrong sized lids for their cups, which cause my drink to drip onto my shirt when consumed. I asked them to provide me with a new cup with a fitted lid. Their response was “sorry, these are the only cups and lids we have, let me add stickers for you to hold the lid down”. Please note that adding stickers did not resolve the issue, the drink continued to drip.

While I commend the server for their effort to mitigate an impossible situation, the owner clearly lacks attention to details and have not tested the product themselves.

As professional business owners, they should have ordered new cups and lids immediately, but instead it seems like they chose to hold onto their sunk cost and...

Love this beautiful and welcoming place which is good for any ages. The beverages all made with hi-quality fresh ingredients. The carbonated fruit tea are the best choice for hot summer. If you are not a tea person, they also had many choices of hot or cold coffee. The Energizing Fruity Coffee is a surprise, fresh and zesty, definitely make a thirsty quenching drink. The dessert here is the best, cannot just order a drink every time here. Baby can have their fruity milk, Japanese Purple Latte or Taro Ta Ta Latte. It definitely feels like a treat to be here. My family favorite store. Can also pre-order birthday cake. Plan to have my baby's birthday...
