KFC: Colonel Sanders Must Be Rolling Over in His Grave

I've been a loyal KFC customer for years, but my recent experience at the west Edmonton mall (small food court) location was a total disappointment. The chicken was so dry and tough, it was like chewing on cardboard. It was clear that it was old and had been sitting around for far too long. The breading was flavorless and falling off in chunks. I'm truly shocked that a fast-food chain with such a reputation could serve up such a subpar meal. This is not even near what the standards should be! Infact, before I even ordered they told me they had 3 pieces of fresh chicken available! I'll be thinking twice before ordering from KFC again. I hate leaving a bad review but this was needed and hopefully improvements can be made to get back...

Very Poor Service

I went today and Staff was ok but not the Male Manager who dont even know how to greet or Thank Customers. Not an issue the only thing why its 1 star because this store always refuses to Cook Chicken even if they are open for 1.5 hours.

It happens this Sunday Dec 15 at 845pm we wanted 6pcs but was told we are out and will not cook anymore but store closing time is 10pm. It happened to me before at 730pm and store is till 9pm they do not want to cook Chicken, I understand cause that was Tuesday and a little slow. But i dont know that its now a policy. Then you guys need to post it with your Store Hours, not serving Chicken 1 hour before closing so people dont get disappointed. Or maybe...

Well, this turned out to be the worst experience ever, but my youngest wanted kfc,staff looking out from order window doddling,one lady taking orders, not sure she knew what she was doing.we got a wrap meal and a box meal all crammed with napkins and ketchup in a small lunch size bag,the fries were Luke warm and half filled little pouch,the popcorn chicken well all of five of them were Luke warm no dipping sauce or big box as promoted ,the chicken sandwich tasted like it was on a warm lamp for a while not hot al all and it reminded me of a pack of Wonderbra hamburger buns small,pop was cold and refreshing my daughter just looked and we never said anything for what we paid I'll would recommend you...
