Hi there, hope you are all doing well and keeping safe.
My name is Rishi we were visiting Whistler for the first time in our lives to celebrate a Wedding anniversary.
We are big Tims customers, we spend alot and visit locations all across Canada.
Its the first time ever i had to report poor treatment which we are disappointed in. Especially after our whole family engages in the app and the specials.
I placed my order with the cashier and showed her the $7.99 special, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 2 coffees. I asked for a french vanilla instead of a coffee and even said i would pay for the upcharge, she flat out said no i cant get french vanilla, that it must be a coffee, i said my Wife doesnt drink coffee, i would like the french vanilla please, she punched in the order and it totalled $15 something, i then said i am not paying $15 for a special that you guys have advertised for $7.99, i said can i get the french vanilla please, she punched it in, left, another lady started making my order, she then asked how do i want my coffee? showing me the second cup, i said, you mean the french vanilla? the first lady who took my order said i told him no only coffee, the lady look confused, i didn't notice that she didn't make it, we left and opened it, it was the coffee we didn't ask for!
This was very frustrating, and annoying, never have we had a staff member go out of their way to spitefully not give us a french vanilla, she failed to notice that i over heard the customer in front of us, she gave him extra hash browns and no charge. Bottom line is this, i am the customer, i was willing to pay for something, i never asked for anything for free, it was the lasting impression that soured us and her conduct and treatment in front of other customers. We wasted our money and time buying this advertised special, the coffee also wasted, we didn't drink it, i don't drink two coffees. We wont be coming back to this location when we return.
We have also written head office about this because none of the staff there made any effort to turn around our experience, especially after the customer in front of us got free hashbrowns no charge! It looked like they knew one another.
In a tough time, businesses, staff and customers should all be making a better effort to welcome people back out and to spend, its unfortunate, the more places i go after covid, i have seen the service decline in how people are treated even for the basic standards. Do not forget we come out to dine and eat for the experience, food is...

I wish they had a negative 5 stars for service. I ordered a muffin, multiple donuts, and a breakfast sandwich meal with the largest coffee. I asked for five creams as it was a big coffee, and was only given two. When I asked for more I was told "No" and told that "That's too many creams," they continued that I should have ordered a latte. I didn't want a latte I wanted a regular coffee with cream in it.
The line of people behind me saw what was happening, and the gentleman behind me ended up ordering a coffee giving me his extra creamer with much protests from the attendant. I think he might have been charged for the cream. Another gentleman behind him ordered a coffee but saw what was going on with me and ended up leaving without ordering anything. And saying he will not return because of the way that attendant was treating me.
It was a very embarrassing experience as a customer and I felt ridiculed for the way that I liked my coffee. I felt after spending over $25 in breakfast items, I thought a few extra creams wouldn't be a big deal but apparently it absolutely was. I will not be going back there even though I love Tim Hortons food and breakfast sandwiches and donuts.
I understand good work is sometimes hard to find, but shaming me over my coffee creamers, started my day out with a bad taste...

I visited around 2โฏPM and the place was calm and peaceful. I ordered the Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and asked to add a hash brown inside a simple customization that made it even more satisfying. I also got a small black Original Blend coffee to go with it.
๐ฅฏ The muffin itself was light and not greasy, and adding the hash brown gave it a nice crunch and made it feel like a more complete meal. โ The coffee was rich and smooth without any sourness, pairing perfectly with the sandwich.
๐ฉโ๐ผ A special shoutout to Sheila, who warmly greeted me and made my first visit so welcoming. The store was clean and cozy, and the soft background music created such a relaxing vibe.
๐ฟ The patio area with the red umbrellas gives off a charming Whistler vibe a perfect spot to sit back and take a break.
Now I totally get why people say you havenโt truly experienced Canada until youโve had Tim Hortons. Iโll definitely be back next time, Iโm trying one of their wraps! ๐
