Dynasty Cafe — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Order from this cafe on uber eat since they have buy one get one promotion. For the price of the dish which is 9.99 on uber and around 9 in store, I didn't really set the bar too high this time and just wanted to try it out. And when I got the food, wow it didn't disappoint at all They are generous with their portion. I got beef brisket on rice and hainanese chicken with rice. Beef brisket was tender, well-seasoned just as good as other restaurants. Hainanese chicken was on point, juicy, and tender. The only thing that made me deducted one star was I was hoping hainanese chicken would come with some kind of home made dipping sauce(however only package sauce of soy sauce and chili sauce is provided) Overall, I am happy with the food. They had two employees and I was the only customer at that time. She took her sweeeeeeeeeeet time to punch in the order and make the drinks, joking & laughing with the other employee. And then she got the wrong syrup, either because she wasn’t well-trained or she was distracted, poured the syrup out and remade the drink without changing the cup when I was waiting and watching on the other side of the counter. Zero respect for the customer’s time like do you not care about your business at all? The drinks tasted like over-diluted and weird because of the mix of syrups. I am not coming back if I don’t get paid to do so. Maybe I’ll change my mind if my friend...

Wasn’t sure what to expect because I’m very picky when it comes to my bbtea. I have to say, this place is off to a good start, the bubble tea with brown sugar tapioca balls is excellent, pretty good substitute for coco bbtea. Mango smoothie was good, Even the mini desserts were yummy. We will definitely come back as it’s a lot closer to us compare to coco, I hope this business will do well and quality stays...
