Did dives organized by a dive shop nearby and decided to come here for lunch after the morning dives. Heard mixed reviews about this place but still decided to give it a try. I walked in and asked for the menu but there wasn't any menu available. The staff directed me to the board at the entrance of the restaurant and I saw a limited list of dishes available. I really didn't know what to eat and ended up ordering the standard ceviche. Firstly I have to stay am totally stunned by the views from the restaurant. I have to say its phenomenal you just feel like you are dining on the sea. Another thing I have noticed is the price of ceviche seems to be the cheapest I have eaten on this island, so I already had some kind of low expectation on the quality and the portion. It proved me wrong because it might look slightly smaller than normal but it packs a punch! The ceviche is not the normal way where its doused with a lot of sauce. It was kept minimal and kept the original taste as much as possible. Then came the small saucer of brown sauce which is really the highlight of the entire dish because it is just amazing how well the sauce was with the ceviche. The rice might look so white and plain but it was so fragrant and flavourful that I swear I could have a lot of servings. I have to say this is probably the best ceviche I have eaten on Easter Island. Seriously if I have found this place earlier I might have eaten...

As this is one of the best restaurants in town, we decided to reserve a window table (because of the great views!) on dec 26th. When we arrived we got a table in the back, after telling them we reserved a window table, they managed to switch placed for us. After ordering some wine and food, we didn’t get the wine we ask. She was just opening the bottle, when we saw it was another wine. After checking she came to tell us, this was the only wine they had. This was an OK wine, but not that good, so much for their wine card. After 1 hour we still didnt have any food and when they came, they only had my main dish. The starter never arrived and my partner didnt get any food. After asking and telling them, they appologized and said that the Kitchen was busy. After sharing one meal, the starter was served, while we told them we didnt want it anymore. Waiting for 10 more minutes the main dish of my partner arrived. While the first dish was really delicious (fish of the day with quinoa), the other main dish was just cheese, badly fried fries and some seafood. Not a very good dish, unfortenately. Yes they appologized and didnt let us pay for the starter, however they did not check on us for an hour and the main dishes were served more than 30 minutes apart. We were really disappointed by this, as we really looked forward to...

Restaurant that really punches above its price class. While this restaurant is on the pricy side, every dish here was cooked to perfection and relatively quick. Service can be a little terse but is still friendly and attentive. Views are quite nice if you can catch a good sunset although when we went, it was extremely cloudy so didn’t see much over the ocean. Decor is very classy if a little dimly lit and everyone gets a ton of space so you won’t ever feel like you’re being squeezed from every side. Both the seafood stew and ceviche highlighted the fresh ingredients and preparations were both well seasoned without being overbearing. Highly recommended to us by a local and it’s easy...

Nowhere else on Rapa Nui can you be closer to the ocean than in this restaurant. We sat down and enjoyed the view of the crashing waves. The incredibly friendly waitress felt like she had stepped out of a Moana story — always smiling after every sentence. Although the food took a little longer to arrive, it wasn’t a problem at all. We ordered fried fish and ceviche, both served in huge, delicious portions. The sea and the hostess's warm smile helped us relax and embrace the island vibe, reminding us that there’s no need to rush.
