I can only confirm all the highly positive reviews. I really enjoyed my stay there and Beatriz, the owner, is an exceptional host. Her staff too.||||I loved everything from the very comfortable bed, the great shower, the breakfast to the location and, above all, the professionalism and customer care of Beatriz and her crew. Everything perfectly clean. Everything perfectly organized. Everything working perfectly. For the guests to fully enjoy their stay.||||Being (pre)diabetic I try to avoid sugar as much as possible and Beatriz kindly provided me with sugar low resp. sugar free items for the breakfast. By the way I found the breakfast items to be all of excellent quality.||||Location wise it is an easy 5 to 10 minutes quick walk to the main bus station (rodoviario) and a 10 to 15 minutes to the main part of Puerto Natales with plenty of restaurants and shops. ||||The location itself is super quiet which is essential for a good sleep. For me at least. And as I mentioned the bed is super comfy :)||||So in summary a great place I can only very warmly recommend and I cannot say enough good things about Beatriz. This was the perfect place to stay one night before I flew out the next day back to Santiago after touring Torres del Paine National Park for 3 days in my rental car. Totally as advertised. First time I had ever stayed in a "hostel" that was a private room w/private bathroom. Of course it was small but that was not an issue as it was quite well designed. It was clean, modern and quiet. And the wifi-super, super fast!!! ||Breakfast was pretty basic but then again, I didn't really have any expectations. Price seemed a bit high (I stayed in a large hotel in a room at least twice the size w/a great breakfast right in the middle of Santiago for about $10 US/less a night) but then again, it was in line w/the other places I compared it to-sort of an "economy of scale" factor-as in there are not a lot of options in tiny Puerto Natales compared to Santiago, for example.
