Casa Lucy — Hotel in Puerto Natales

Dont hesitate to book this hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did day trips every day and lucy was the best host. She was up at the crack of dawn to make sure we got breakfast and she was waiting for us no matter how late we returned. This is like staying with family. Its clean, warm, and welcoming. I would love to stay again.

Our stay at Lucy’s was fantastic - just what we needed after the W trek. The room was completely immaculate and thoroughly clean, and the breakfast was incredible. I was really looking forward to my stay at Casa Lucy and booked my reservation here three months before my stay. 3 weeks before my trip, I was made to cancel my reservation because it had been overbooked.
