Everyday Sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Santiago

This is definitely our happy play in Santiago, we always eat delicious and have a great great time. The food is generous, the service is fast and nice. I just love this place. We’ve tried all the fish and veggie plates and can recommend anything to you, the sushi is outstanding. Is our go to place when we want a nice meal and fun conversation. we even go to celebrate important dates and occasions.

Update January 2025: Still the best sushi place for us, we have been in places that are more expensive and the quality and flavor don’t compare with this one, so we’ll always come back. Fresh sushi, great service, they also have a fidelity card and they stamp it every time you go so you get rewards.

I came here for lunch and ordered a udon noodle soup. The soup was extremely salty. So I thought of packing it to better its flavor at home. The owner of the restaurant was extremely rude and racist when I asked her if she could pack my noodle. She first refused to do so, arguing that because I was Asian I should know that the noodle will turn super floppy after the reheat. This sushi restaurant has been around for many years and today I decided to check it out. I was disappointed to learn that they don't have tuna on the menu. Also, when I ordered Nigri, I expected to have wasabi spread between the rice and fish. I asked to have it included and was told they can't do it because it's not the way THEY do it. If you have Nigri you expect to have it. My waiter did his best to make my experience a positive one but he saw I wasn't satisfied with the lack of food options. I don't see returning...
