On the opposite of the street, there is a beautiful church. In the church, there are confessionals. After this meal I have to go across the street to confess my guilt for killing a bull and 6 scallops for nothing. After the waiter left me without asking me the doneness of the steak I'd like, I know I'm fxxked. The steak I would have can be described by Gordon Ramsey's saying: "an intern vet can still bring it back" or "it's eating your salad". And yes I got a WELLDONE chewy steak, that "Han Solo is going to rescue him", said Gordon Ramsey, too. As for the scallops, I asked for some oysters, but seems the oysters are on their Halloween vacation, and the scallops became the scapegoat. But nevermind, I know they're good friends living together in the ocean, and maybe next time I can meet some sponge in squarepants by ordering this dish. Still, the scallops is cooked with too much salt, I mean, if you cook a shoe insole instead of the scallops with that salt, it will taste the same, and "Sam and Dean are going to hunt demons with it", said also...

Don’t come here. We only came here, because it was one of the few restaurants open on Christmas Eve.
The bread rolls are not freshly baked. They are pre-heated and served with a sauce that’s been out for way too long.
The ceviche is not refined. They serve you giant chunks of fish. Ceviche should be thinly sliced in tiger’s milk.
The duo fish entree we got was so heavy. I think they put a giant package of butter in the sauce. All we can taste is pure hot butter. Some of the fish was very chewy in there as well. The only good thing about it was the white fish… but it was hard to taste because the hot butter was overpowering.
The tiramisu was not fresh. It was dry and felt like it was made weeks ago.
The poach sours are strong and not refined. It tasted like we were taking shots of pisco brandy instead of having a cocktail.
Overall it was expensive for what it’s worth.
The service is kind, nice and very helpful. I just wish they cared about the food...

This restaurant has redefines what 'crema de aji' should taste like. After spending a month in Peru, I never thought I’d find such an exquisite version of this dish anywhere else. Returning here again and again, just to enjoy their out-of-this-world pepper cream—it’s simply that good!
The ceviche is another standout. Both the Salmon and Reineta options are amazing, with incredibly fresh meat and a perfect balance of sauce and lemon. Even though they made it extra 'picante' upon request, I personally would have loved even more heat—but that’s just me!
On top of the phenomenal food, the staff here are incredibly polite and respectful, adding to the overall experience. In every sense, this restaurant is a must-visit if you’re in Santiago and craving top-tier Peruvian cuisine.
Greetings...
