This Santiago cafe is a study in contrasts. It's charmingly small, which adds to its cozy vibe… as long as you're okay with sitting exclusively outside. Given Santiago's generally dry climate, this isn't usually a problem. But come winter, you might find yourself wishing for a roof over your head (and maybe a parka).

The service, however, is absolutely top-notch. Super nice, kind, and professional – the staff here clearly understands the art of hospitality. They're the sunshine to the cafe's potentially rainy-day cloud. The coffee is… well, it's capsule coffee. Which means it's about as good as capsule coffee can get. Let's be honest, it's never going to rival a perfectly brewed pour-over, but it does the job. Think of it as the reliable, slightly unexciting friend who always shows up on time.

Now, let's talk about the cakes. They look delicious, and they taste… well, they taste like they're on a mission to escape your digestive system as quickly as possible. Let's just say my body processed that cake with the speed and efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop. It was a fleeting moment of sugary bliss, followed by a hasty exit. I've tried 4 cakes so far and they've all been amazing. Special shout-out to the roasted milk (flan-like) on top of a moist chocolate cake, it's so good & brought some to some discerning Chileans and they also loved it. The brunch was also good and reasonably priced for a healthy portion. The scrambled eggs were done well. Will definitely be going there again during my short time...
