Stay at the St Regis as a Marriott platinum member but breakfast was not included . Given that the pictures look great decided to pay for and try out the breakfast buffet . Went in at around 11AM. Had to wait for quite a while but most of the food was gone when we got in . Asked for replenishment but the lady (name starts with an F) was super slow, didn’t seem to think there is an issue and not really helpful immediately until she was done with all her other important tasks. It wasn’t around half an hour later and after I complain elsewhere twice that we got one missing dish from her . The supposedly crispy pork was 80 percent fat and the skin so soggy that you can barely chew on it. Is it pay back for saying there is no food hmm as it was so rubbery that it was barely edible . For the dum sim which finally arrived after being initially told that they were gone, taste was acceptable and but the skin was so thick that it’s sadly only comparable to a low end dim sum place . A few of the staff including the manager was helpful but the receptionist with her attitude and this lady F who just didn’t think that it was much of an issue that most of the food was gone until you escalate just makes you wonder if you are eating in the same group as the St Regis as the service level was so different (where on the hotel side, the whole team from the butlers, check in staff, receptionist and even the bell boy Chris was above and beyond in their service level support. Really respect the amount of thought and quality of training there. Truly phenomenal) The Manor was a sad ending to the St Regis and a bust from my perspective . With this price will suggest trying many of the restaurants in the area . At least there won’t be a long wait, bad reception welcome which was already a bad start, leftover greasy food , tasteless wonton noodle and so so dim sum.

We dined at The Manor recently and had a nice meal. This is the feature restaurant at the St. Regis hotel on the Cotai Strip, opening hours are 6.30-10.30 (breakfast), 12-3.30 (lunch and Sunday brunch) and 6-11pm (dinner) each day. Seating area is modern and upscale, service is attentive, timely and more professional than what you find at the majority of dining venues around Macau. Menu is a fair mix of international, Portuguese and Macanese inspired dishes. On the evening, we tried their African chicken which we found to be a pretty good version of this local speciality. The dish sauce was a nice blend of ingredients creating nice flavour, chicken was a bit small and boney. In the end, not quite reaching the high standard of places like Henri's Galley or Restaurant Litoral, this was still a pretty good African Chicken. We also had their Arroz De Pato that was similarly pretty good. Rice was topped with seared duck slices and served in a layer of broth base, making it more of a more paella like dish compared to duck rice orders you will find at traditional Portuguese and Macanese restaurants around Macau. It is an interesting take on Arroz De Pato and overall rather enjoyable, something we'd order again the next time we dine at The Manor. Wine list was reasonable for the type of mains on offer and you can also order cocktails prepared at the very good St. Regis Bar and brought over to the restaurant. In the end, we liked out meal at The Manor at St. Regis. This is a nice dining venue with creative cuisine, good food and service. It is a place worth considering for those looking for quality restaurants during upcoming visits to Macau.

This was our Macau’s first meal (late dinner) at our hotel’s very own restaurant: The Manor. Maybe it was almost nine o’clock in the evening, the restaurant’s environment was a bit messy, felt like they just finished a wave of customers, some tables weren’t being tidy up. That being said, the decors of the restaurant is pretty good, has a nice ambiance. The service was really good, waiters were proactive to attend to our need. They also explained every food that was being served. Finally, the most important aspect of the restaurant: food itself! I love how the butter was designed according to St. Regis’ logo! And with salt lightly sprinkled beside it, together, they look classy~ They even served sort of a finger food on the house. However, the Beef Wellington to me was a bit underwhelming 🥹 I’ve had better one in London. But don’t misunderstand my opinion, it was still good, just not to my expectation. For desert, I love how they melt the outer cocoa shell with a melted hot chocolate, revealing inner contain. Overall it was a nice dinning experience, I would recommend you to try it yourself!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for the incredible dinner that you prepared for me and my guests last night. It was truly a gastronomical experience that I will not forget.

The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail in every dish were exquisite. The way you combined ingredients and crafted each dish was a true art form. It was clear that you put your heart and soul into creating this unforgettable meal, and it did not go unnoticed.

Your passion for Italian cuisine was evident in every bite, and it transported us to the streets of Rome with each dish. The homemade pasta, the fresh seafood, and the perfectly cooked meat were all highlights of the meal. Your knowledge of wine pairing also added an extra level of sophistication to the meal, making it a truly remarkable culinary experience.

Thank you once again for the incredible dinner. Your talent, hard work, and dedication to your craft are truly remarkable. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to taste your delicious creations, and I hope to have the chance to enjoy your cuisine again in the...
