Terrible Dim Sum as I ever had! Staff made all plates fall down almost spread dirty to us. No manners to do apologize.We were requested to change the table, the waiter told us to inform direct to front counter , then they tried to get us stay near by that dirty area, but we said NO. Then we got the seat as want. Once we get paid, we want to use discount from Sands card by app on phone, they said cannot we have to brought the card. Terrible experience. Noisy and crowded and the table was dirty. You have to find your seat on your own and wait for the worker to clean it up. Why do I have to pay for the service fee even the service was terrible? Also, even though every other people around me got their food(even I was the first one who came in), I had to wait alone with my 'tea pot'(which cost me 8 macau dollars). Maybe racism?
