I am pretty certain that this restaurant is on its way to becoming a Michelin 3-star restaurant, and it’s easy to see why. In my opinion, both the food and the atmosphere surpass those of a 3-star Michelin restaurant I visited in Hong Kong earlier this year.
What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the exceptional service—it’s not just excellent, it’s extraordinary.
