Alice Pizza is my recent favorite! I keep going cause i want to try all the flavors! ( and the people who know me knows that i don’t like to repeat eating in the same restaurant unless it’s good)
I ike this kind of Roman pizza more than regular Napoleon pizza - the ingredients are suuuuper fresh, the combination is new and creative to me ( at least it’s not just the classic pepperoni and Hawaiian pizza.. etc), the sizes could be totally customisable and it’s just sooo flexible and so many choices! ( they cut it for you!!! And you can try like 6 or more flavors at a time without getting your belly exploded! I love this point the most).
Alice Pizza gave me a whole new idea of pizza - it’s no longer just a party food, you can still eat it with style for breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, snack, anytime! And you can eat it solo or with friends and even grab and go! And most importantly, you can satisfied after eating it cause it’s not just tomato and bread - some is real meal food too! 🥰🥰🥰
Besides the gimmick, it does serve good quality food! I love the Mortadella and Carbonara the most! Cant help ordering it everytime i go although there are many more choices to choose from. Mortadella + mozzarella + pistachio nuts on top. This combo is just unbeatable, and they are generous on the ingredients too, it’s like overloaded.
I also absolutely looooove the eggplant ( you have no idea, you need to try) and the nutella!! Sooooooooo good!! Remember to ask for reheat before eating - makes everything better ( just warm is ok, don’t need to be too hot, cause afterall, it’s roman style street pizza food, so u gt feel the vibes!)
Last but not least, i want to comment on the crust. It’s sooooo different from your regular pizza. It’s so crispy yet elastic!! Heard the flour is imported directly from Alice Pizza Italy, it’s handmade using a secret recipe since 30 yrs ago👌
I’ve so far dined in for lunch/ dinner and also had takeaway, quality is...

And guess what? Their first Asian branch is right here in Hong Kong! 🇮🇹🍕
With over 20 different flavors of square-shaped pizzas, Alice Pizza offers a unique twist on the traditional round pies. It's a pizza lover's dream come true! 😍 We couldn't resist the temptation to try multiple flavors at once, and the friendly staff was more than happy to help us reheat our selections on the spot. Whether you dine in or take away, you'll savor every bite of their piping hot and delectable creations. 🔥🍽
Their secret lies in a pizza dough recipe that has been perfected over 30 years, paired with the traditional Roman technique of baking at low temperatures. The result? A thin and crispy crust that's simply irresistible! Among the six mouthwatering flavors we tried, my absolute favorite was the Truffle. The combination of truffle sauce, cheese, and mushrooms created a rich and indulgent experience that left us craving for more. Go check...
Read moreAlice is tasty, thin crust pizza by weight. The concept is cool, but practically you end up just going “uhh…I’m not sure…what’s a normal slice? Okay…” then asking for a bit more or less. It does make one consider how many times have I eaten pizza without knowing the exact weight of the slice I was consuming!
The flavors are great, though there’s a solid 1/3 of the offerings that simply don’t interest me. I don’t hold it against the restaurant: this is how menus work. But usually, at a pizza joint, I want to try everything.
Something that makes Alice slightly less appealing to me is the wait time. While the service is great, the slicers are knowledgeable and friendly, when there’s a line they can only dice and reheat so quickly. Maybe 2 can work at a time, and people always seem to wait till they’re right in front of them to consider what flavors they might want. Add in the unfamiliar ordering style and you might wait 10 minutes with just a few people in front of you.
All that aside, I don’t mind queueing up (November to April) for some good pizza. Next time I stop by, I’ll try it in the restaurant’s small eating area. Maybe the freshness...
