Went for a group dinner for a fixed price with beers. Worst Chinese food I’ve had since going on group tours to China in the 1980’s. Squid was like deep-fried rubber. Sweet and sour tasted like they used leftover pork, vegetables were tasteless and overcooked, and the noodle dish didn’t have enough meat and vegetables on it for everyone on the table to have a piece. And the beers were among the worst since I tried ‘Reeb’ in China. They served ‘Party’ beer from the ‘Beijing Yanjing Brewery’. Appallingly bad beer that was six months past its expiry date. Overall, a major rip-off for the fixed price they charged. And illegally selling expired beer. The one and only time I’m ever going there.

Good. The sesame cake with water chestnut is the best in town. It can get pretty busy at the lunch rush hour because of the neighboring office workers. Went back on a weekday evening. Not busy at all...merely a handful of tables with mostly seniors or retirees. Though the menu is not that expensive, the peanut, tea, rice, and 10% service charge do add up...almost another 50% on top of the order. BTW, the peanut is stale. Not much of a keeper as far as dinner is concerned.

It's okay. Dim sum is average. The good thing about this place is that it's open during T8. Otherwise we probably wouldn't cover here. Average $100 per head for dimsum lunch.

Unfriendly woody facial expressions from most workers definitely need to be improved. The only smile I spotted from a worker was when she's talking to her friend. Never order the Fried lotus cakes. They are just some minced fish meat with 2 or 3 diced lotus pieces wrapped by a thin wonton skin. Btw, very oily outside The dimsum production quality control is bad! The order sheets (a small piece of paper with prints on it) of each dish of dimsum were placed beneath the dimsum. When the service people placed the dish on the dining table and pulled away the order sheet, many times the dimsum's flipped, there was once that a piece was almost being pulled away from the dish! It's...

This restaurant service is Terrible. We waited a long time for all our dim sum dishes to arrive and after 1.5 hour we still have one dish missing of which we decided to cancell and ask for the bill. Checking the bill the cancelled dish was included, we pointed this out to the waitress and she went and checked and came back saying the cancelled dish was delivered to our table. During the heated discussion with the head waitress the missing dish arrived and the head waitress saying it can't be cancelled now it have arrived. Reluctantly we finished the dish, pay the bill and left.

We won't be returning to this...
