This place has a lot of customers every day so the bread on display is changed rather quickly, which is one good reason to like this place, as a result you tend to have fresh bread to choose from almost every day at almost any time. This is good news for those that want to have a fresh loaf of bread every morning. Also to select your bread and then join the queue and then pay takes about "20 minutes", if you already know what type of bread you want, and do your selection rather quickly and then you can join the long queue just outside the shop. There is almost always a longish queue which is additional testament to why the bread is so good..Basically the bakery provides a range of typical French bread, baguettes in different sizes, croissants with or without additional "extras", or condiments, e.t.c., chou de la creme, cream buns. For two people I spend about $30 to $40 dollars each time for several buns which is inexpensive and more than enough for a meal like breakfast. You can come and buy every day and still will not be bored after several months! You can collect Sogo retail shopping points indirectly through the use of Octopus card purchases, which is the most convenient way to shop for bread here. When I got there, they had a similar item to the Tart Aux Fromage but with three cherries on it, I was really tempted to get that too but they looked a bit squashed.
So I ended up getting the Cheese and spinach rustique and the Tart Aux fromage.

I got this because there was so much leafy spinach and cubes of cheese embedded in the dough before it was baked.
The taste was good because the cheese was really cheesy complimented by the spinach.
I would have liked the bun to be softer and not so chewy.
