Their service was terrible, none of the staffs were friendly or attentive.. which I kinda expected from the comments I heard before. What really bothers me a lot was their horrible attitude and inconsistent management. As their table setting were in free style like food court, u get your own seats when u see there is vacancy. We were 6 ppl by that time, so we grabbed two tables and put them together. (They open till midnight, so it implies they are type C restaurant, which can sit up to 6 guests each table, I even called the health department to clarify my understanding of the law is correct) so we just sit together by the group of 6.
But apparently none of their staffs seem really know about this law...
One of the staffs came to us and said we canāt sit like this, need to separate two tables, even I explained the law to her, she seems confuse and didnāt believe.. ok nevermind, I donāt wanna be the annoying customer here, coz we will have two more fds coming, we have to separate 2 table for 8 guests anyways, I accepted the request to separate. But I asked her if we can keep the tables together if we add a partition in between? And she said ok, and even brought us a plastic partition to put it in between of the two tables.
After awhile, the other staff came with a really rude attitude, told us to separate our table , I said the other staff told us is ok to sit together with the partition, she said no, need to separate the table by 1.5m.. ok , whatever, we separated and took away the partition coz it wasnāt there originally anyways The 3rd staff came after awhile again.... this one is the worst one with unacceptable rude attitude, he almost yelled at me, he said āput the partition backā I explained to him the other staff let us sit like this and we already had our tables separated 1.5m, which no need to put the partition back.. and he was like āThis is the law, if u donāt like it, go ask the governmentā i was like Iām sure if our tables already separated with distance we actually no need to put it back, and I look around all other tables near us, no other tables need that partition . And he literally yelled at me said this is the law.. Dude, u told me to ask the government, and I really did! Haha ... (I asked and confirmed that separate two tables by 1.5 m OR partition, either one, u donāt have to do both! ) I donāt know why they keep picking on us.. I was so frustrated about it.. maybe coz we were not Caucasians so we donāt have the privilege? Coz I donāt see they bother other tables, and some tables were extremely close without partition.. one staff even told my fd that customers need to take vaccine shot to sit till 12am, which is false too! This requirement only apply on the staffs who work in the restaurant, not the customers. the one requires the customers to take shots too is to sit till 2am and up to 8ppl... gosh... give me a break
They mixed up with the rules of type C and D restaurants, the section thing is for type D restos which is open till 2am and up to 8 guests, the requirements were all staffs got two vaccine shots after two weeks, and customers got first vaccine shot.
I think the management team of the whole restaurant is really messy, they have no clue about the new policy and requirements from the government. They actually were confused about the policy themselves and yelled at me this is the law ššš and apparently the management didnāt brief the staffs about the policy, seems each staff has different interpretations and understandings about the ālawā .. each staff was saying different things, I donāt mind if they told me thatās their restaurantās own rule, but please at least be consistent. 1 staff told me ok with this, and the other staff came to me and say no... and some customers were allow to sit without partitions , and we canāt? Gosh.. so inconsistent.. and u expect me to accept this? and with such rude attitude .. totally...

A group of 10 of us went for their brunch and crazy happy hour, where the drinks start at $18 from 2-3pm and increase by $10 per hour. Initially, we were pleased to see that the place was only half empty, not too crowded. However, once we sat down and attempted to place our food and drink orders, it became apparent that the restaurant was severely understaffed. The staff seemed to be ignoring us, taking orders only when the men in our group asked, completely disregarding the women. Our food took an excessively long time to arrive, and there were numerous mix-ups with our orders. The servers repeatedly brought us food we didn't order and gave us angry looks when we informed them. The drinks, too, took an average of 20 minutes to be served. At one point, I inquired about the status of my margarita, which I had been waiting for 25 minutes. The waitress snapped at me and shouted, "I'm on my break, you can wait!" Eventually, I had to ask another staff member for assistance, and finally, my margarita arrived after over 30 minutes. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. I don't hold the staff entirely responsible; it appears to be a management issue. It seems that during the cheaper happy hour times, they intentionally have fewer staff members, resulting in an overwhelming workload and insufficient service for everyone. It's unfortunate that the staff members seem constantly irritable, likely due to the stressful conditions imposed by their management. I will definitely avoid returning to this restaurant...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here at about 10pm. You would think for such steep prices, you would be able to enjoy a nice drink on the balcony with decent wait staff and a clean environment. You would be incorrect. My party and I all ordered margaritas. They were okay. When being seated, no one in the staff told us how anything worked and just grunted in the direction of our table. A few minutes after sitting down, the waitress angrily asked for our drink ordered, and then looked peeved when some of us werenāt ready. We ordered our drinks and they took BOTH the food and the drink menu, before we ordered food!! The drinks came and they were alright. While trying to relax, we noticed a single large roach on a post behind our table. Quickly, that one roach turned into a hoard of roaches and we found ourselves infested with roaches crawling on our belongs, flying at our heads, and even landing and crawling on three of the four members of our party. Clearly other customers were experiencing the same, because when one of the roaches was killed, the entire balcony was in applause. To escape the horrors we found outdoors, we decided to calmly move indoors. When we moved, we were presented with a check and an ANGRY waitress who asked why we ādidnāt just stay outsideā. I wonder why??? We were NEVER offered food or a menu, and were expected to leave. No one took the time to apologize for the disturbing experience, instead we were met with irritation and ostracism. We left angry, hungry, and down $450. DONT waste...
