A clean and popular eatery, it is always packed. We had to wait 45 minutes even after making a reservation.
Lunch sets are better priced, but when we went for dinner only the Grand Menu items were available. We ordered the 6 type set, which included ox tongue, pork ribs, chicken and beef shortribs, as well as the wagyu beef cubes and pork slices marinated in honey.
The cuts were okay, though not the best we have had. The pork with honey was the best tasting as the fat helped in the grilling process. We also enjoyed the tofu with the excellent onsen egg and its runny centre.
You can order rice as a side, with plain rice starting from $12 onwards.
You can make reservations online via their Kabu app, which is mostly in Mandarin, or use the auto reservations kiosk at the entrance. If you key in a local handphone number, the system will prompt you when you are 5 numbers from the front...

For those who drives, one big advantage of this restaurant is they can give out free receipts with large amount (HK$600+ for weekday and HK$800 for weekends) for you to get 3 hours free parking at Windsor House, which is like HK3x+ per hour. Highly recommended.
WARNING: very popular restaurant so usually with long queues but you can use their e-queue system to help line...

Meats were ok. Some came as a big chunk and it was very hard to cook and became very chewy. The pumpkins were cut so thin and not worth it. We also ordered the thick cut beef tongue but they were all different sized thicknesses.
Service was almost non existent. It would have been good to explain what each meat were. They came to fill our water near the end.
1199 hkd price tag was just ok. Better to go to other meat bbq...
