My most recent visit was very disappointing. This was at the end of dinner around 20:30 and the restaurant was quite busy, but I've been here before when it was busy and the service was not this bad. The food was excellent as always. The servers were inattentive and left dishes piled up on our table. Other tables were left uncleaned for more than one hour after the patrons left - food and dirty dishes piled high on them. I even saw some new guests moving a cart and dishes away from their table by themselves. Some food items were out of stock after I ordered them - that's understandable and it happens - but the server and manager never mentioned that to me and it remained on my bill until I spotted it and requested that they be removed. I also had to request some dishes multiple times and it took over 30 minutes just to receive an order of plain rice that I made. The servers in my section did not speak English well and that's also not a problem - but what is a problem is that they only tried to find other servers that spoke English to interact with me once I stood up and used my phone to translate that I wanted to speak to a manager. I was also not the only patron in my section that had to stand up or wave to a server multiple times before I was helped. This is not a problem during a busy dinner rush, but as the night went on there were more servers standing around chatting to each other and fewer guests in the restaurant. The manager did come to speak to me and apologized to my group stating that they were very busy last night. However, we noted that they were not too busy to have 3-5 employees at a time singing birthday songs for tables even though they were too busy to bring me an order of plain rice for over 30 minutes. The manager did remove the service fee since the service was so bad, but that did little to help feeling like we were not valued customers given that the meal was over HKD$1000. There are so many other restaurants in the city that would love to have that size of check per table - it's disappointing HaiDiLao doesn't seem to appreciate the customers...

海底撈真的是吃的是服務而不是食物。 一到等待區就迫不及待的去先拿一個可以做免費美甲的籌號 ,是的你沒聽錯,是免費的!!!!!

然後美滋滋的坐在等候區 等侯區有免費的小吃和水果提供,其實還有雞湯和糖水提供。

然後如果服務員姐姐見你的跟前如果沒有任何小食,很快你會看到一個批盤過來,直接笑臉迎人的請你吃。 好吃好喝的供著你,就算等久了一點點你也不好意思去發脾氣呀!!!!高!!!!!

等了差不多有20分鐘,一坐下就會有人拿熱毛巾給你刷刷手,貼心服務。(劉德華所指的今時今日的服務態度)

再來是直接給你上冷盤先讓你吃著來選你的火鍋湯底跟火鍋料 飲料就不好意思了是需要錢的!!!

HKD 15 元/位 有 1. 凍檸茶 2.凍金桔蜜 3. 熱豆漿

本人覺得最不符合經濟效益的一定是熱豆漿,因為喝下去會有飽肚感。你來吃火鍋的,誰叫你喝那麼多杯,就算解辣也不要喝飽自己呀。

冷盤可以自己再到醬料區再拎,中華沙律照開胃,可以食好多好多。服務員拎俾我既第一盤都差唔多俾我食哂

除了有免費冷盤,仲有免費既水果可以拎。一樣都係醬料區位置。

至於醬料區,除左你叫火鍋料佢必要幫你配既醬之外,例如:叫撈派豆腐會有豆花醬, 叫鴨血會有辣粉+芝麻粒。 所以如果想自己調醬既話就多謝成為 HKD 18/位,都唔算貴,因為有超多唔同料俾你選擇。

服務員都會超貼心關心你,有帶眼鏡會俾抹眼鏡既野俾你。見你長頭髮無綁起,又會俾髮圈你。食完會俾薄荷糖你。

我們叫了四格火鍋(4格比1格和2格叫抵好多!!!CP值高!!!!)

必選1. 清湯無渣麻辣($34) 2. 蕃茄($32)要在備註選特濃 3. 大骨湯火鍋($29) 4.菌湯($29)

大骨湯底和菌湯基本上都無用過,仲當菌湯好似清水湯底咁,用黎過一過辣,好浪費sad 下次真係可以除左必選既2個湯底,其他2個清水算star

食食下電話響到我去整指甲,超開心咁一口氣選擇左3隻唔同色,但其實一人最多選2隻色。 服務員超好話,但係既然你簡左就俾你整埋啦! 唔可以話整得超好~

12 款必點的火鍋料 (我將自己試左覺得好吃的後面加個心吧) 鴨腸(麻辣湯) 無叫到 蝦滑夾蓮藕片(麻辣湯)蝦滑藕片 - 招牌蝦滑 半份 ($ 54) 撈派豆花 ( 麻辣湯 煮3分鐘 + 再沾上豆花醬) 半份 - $ 34 撈派黃喉 ( 麻辣湯 1分鐘)半份 $ 49 起司牛肉丸 (今次無點到) 豬腦 (15分鐘 麻辣湯 新辣椒粉)唔敢點 撈派滑牛肉 (麻辣湯 酸菜湯 煮5分鐘)半份 - $ 49 撈面 (麻辣湯)沒點, 因為吃到最後沒肚子沒位置了 炸饅頭 (沒點哦, 但看去的人拍照時台面都大部份有一份) 鴨血 ( 辣湯)必點 好吃,下辣鍋 半份 $24 去骨雞腿肉(煮2~3分鐘) 撈派毛肚 (麻辣湯,15秒,7上8下?) 千層毛肚一般般 半份 $64 除左以上幾款必點仲點左幾款 羊肉 半份 - 不喜歡騷味的請不要嘗試 $ 49 脫骨鵝掌 半份 -下辣鍋吃,夠味 $ 34 手切牛小排 半份 - 好吃 ,必點 $ 94 響鈴 半份

食物質素只可以話不過不失,但今次太興奮叫得太多,覺得自己點左好小姐,但係已經食到頂到上心口。 我地食完佢仲送左個免費既糯米滋甜品俾我地。

我仲同我既狐狸先生目擊係我地旁邊一台既四位女士,點樣係一位男服務員身上獲得免費食物既經過,男服務員俾四位女士不停稱讚好靚仔呀!,然後牛小排直接免費送到。傾傾下又估下人地幾歲咁,可能傾傾下熟左掛,又再送多2支酒。然後上其中一道生菜,唔知係底D蔬菜唔太新鮮定點,個靚仔服務員見到之後就話FREE埋俾佢地,所以話黎打邊撈真係要多D人先好。

欣賞的地方 1. 服務的態度真心好,每個服務員都會主動問你有咩需要幫忙 一坐低就有專人為你送上小食和水果 有免費的美甲服務(一去到馬上跑去預約美甲的某女) 食物上既時候服務員會為你準備配搭好的醬料

可以改善的地方 1. 櫈子是比較大坐得舒服的類型,但腳長的朋友,腳的位置沒地方伸展,很迫。 這間分店的醬料好像不太齊全really好像沒有沙茶醬和紅醋

隱藏食法

頭盤 海底撈手拍青瓜 = 拿一個裝電話的袋子,拿[青瓜]幾根裝進去,用手機使勁擲,加進拌料(蒜泥 + 醋 + 鹽 + 香油 + 芝麻 + 醬油 + 花生碎 + 泰國椒+蔥),再搖幾下,成了! 鍋巴小吃 = 拿裝電話袋裝 [鍋巴] +[辣椒粉] ,搖搖搖,可以吃了

主食 金菇肥牛卷 = [金菇] 卷在[肥牛]中,用牙簽固定落鍋 蝦滑夾藕片 = 取兩塊[藕片]把蝦滑塗在中間,用牙簽固定落鍋 肥牛蝦滑蟹柳卷 = 把 [蝦滑]卷到[肥牛]中,再把[肥牛]卷到打開的[蟹柳]中 ,下鍋 自制菊花茶 = 把[菊花]放進[清水湯]中,再加些許糖,完成 牛肉蝦滑釀香菇 = 把[蝦滑]+[牛肉粒]釀到蘑菇中再放鍋裡 蔥花牛肉釀蕃茄豆腐 = 把[牛肉粒] + [蔥花]釀在豆腐中再淋上蕃茄湯汁 (靜係試左2款人地介紹所謂既隱藏食法)music 蔥花牛肉釀撈派豆腐 - 銅鑼灣的海底撈火鍋 蔥花牛肉釀撈派豆腐 肉醬釀撈豆腐 = 把 [豆花醬] + [牛肉粒] + [芝麻] + [蠔油] 拌均,釀到撈派豆腐裡 蕃茄牛肉粒撈面 = 把[牛肉粒]拌到[撈面]裡再淋上蕃茄湯汁 蕃茄牛肉粒飯 = 同樣操作,把[牛肉粒]拌到飯裡再淋上蕃茄汁 牛肉飯 = 把 [牛肉粒] 煮一下,拌到飯裡再加上[蔥] + [蠔油] + [X.O醬] + [牛肉醬] 再加些許湯 豆腐腦 = 煮熟了[豆腐]搗碎 + [豆花醬] + [芝麻] + [芝麻油] + [芝麻醬] + [蔥花] 拌均 蝦滑蛋醬面筋球 = 打[蛋], 變成[蛋漿]之後灌到挖了洞的[抖抖面筋球]裡面,再用[蝦滑]封口,下鍋 海鮮粥 = 在清水鍋中下 [米飯] + [蝦滑] + [牛肉粒] + [蔥] + [芝麻]煮熟 海鮮粥2 = [米飯] + [蝦滑] + [蟹肉棒] + [午餐肉] + [牛肉粒] +[蔥] +[芝麻] 落鍋中,再加湯底醬油(海椒干碟 + 花生碎 + 熟芝麻 + 芝麻醬 + 芝麻調和油 + 蠔油 ...

All my friends know I’m a big fan of haidilao. I have tried a few times of its outlets in Chengdu & Singapore. I visited this causeway bay outlet on 11/9 & 12/9 for lunches. A no of things were not up to my expectation. The 麻辣 was flat no one asked us we could asked to add the 麻 until half way on 11/9 I had to ask for apron on 11/9 Time taken for both “noodle man” shows were a bit short and not as good as what I saw before. I went to take my “花椒面”, I missed seeing it and the waiter besides didn’t know there was such a thing until I found it myself later Both days I ordered 小排 and 翡翠墨魚滑, on 12/9 we were given each a seafood sauce to go with them as recommended by a waitress, but why...

HaiDiLao is a China chain hotpot restaurant that famous in the best service restaurant. They do Hotpot with Sichuan style spicy base, pork stocks and Tom Yum soup base, which is special. It is a 24hrs Hotpot restaurant that you can enjoy the best customer service and fresh food, with a high standard of hygiene, Raman performances and even a free Nails bar!!!!!! You will get some snacks and drinks while you are queuing, and you can request for some boardgames to play with as well. When you order seafood like prawns, the staff will peel the shells for you. 5 stars for the environment and services, highly recommended If they will keep on adding more choices on the food will be brilliant.

My tip is try to get here early for dinner say 5:30PM and we did just that and there was no lines yet. Once we got out around 7PM there were already a lot of people waiting outside to dine. Its your typical Chinese hotpot, you choose your broth, order various meats, seafood and veggies and create your own sauce at the station. Its quite pricey but the quality is there and the chicken collagen broth is so good. The staff is always helpful and attentive too. I highly recommend Hidilao for anyone craving for a Chinese style hotpot.
