My most recent visit was very disappointing. This was at the end of dinner around 20:30 and the restaurant was quite busy, but I've been here before when it was busy and the service was not this bad. The food was excellent as always. The servers were inattentive and left dishes piled up on our table. Other tables were left uncleaned for more than one hour after the patrons left - food and dirty dishes piled high on them. I even saw some new guests moving a cart and dishes away from their table by themselves. Some food items were out of stock after I ordered them - that's understandable and it happens - but the server and manager never mentioned that to me and it remained on my bill until I spotted it and requested that they be removed. I also had to request some dishes multiple times and it took over 30 minutes just to receive an order of plain rice that I made. The servers in my section did not speak English well and that's also not a problem - but what is a problem is that they only tried to find other servers that spoke English to interact with me once I stood up and used my phone to translate that I wanted to speak to a manager. I was also not the only patron in my section that had to stand up or wave to a server multiple times before I was helped. This is not a problem during a busy dinner rush, but as the night went on there were more servers standing around chatting to each other and fewer guests in the restaurant. The manager did come to speak to me and apologized to my group stating that they were very busy last night. However, we noted that they were not too busy to have 3-5 employees at a time singing birthday songs for tables even though they were too busy to bring me an order of plain rice for over 30 minutes. The manager did remove the service fee since the service was so bad, but that did little to help feeling like we were not valued customers given that the meal was over HKD$1000. There are so many other restaurants in the city that would love to have that size of check per table - it's disappointing HaiDiLao doesn't seem to appreciate the customers...

然後美滋滋的坐在等候區 等侯區有免費的小吃和水果提供,其實還有雞湯和糖水提供。
然後如果服務員姐姐見你的跟前如果沒有任何小食,很快你會看到一個批盤過來,直接笑臉迎人的請你吃。 好吃好喝的供著你,就算等久了一點點你也不好意思去發脾氣呀!!!!高!!!!!
等了差不多有20分鐘,一坐下就會有人拿熱毛巾給你刷刷手,貼心服務。(劉德華所指的今時今日的服務態度)
再來是直接給你上冷盤先讓你吃著來選你的火鍋湯底跟火鍋料 飲料就不好意思了是需要錢的!!!

本人覺得最不符合經濟效益的一定是熱豆漿,因為喝下去會有飽肚感。你來吃火鍋的,誰叫你喝那麼多杯,就算解辣也不要喝飽自己呀。
冷盤可以自己再到醬料區再拎,中華沙律照開胃,可以食好多好多。服務員拎俾我既第一盤都差唔多俾我食哂
除了有免費冷盤,仲有免費既水果可以拎。一樣都係醬料區位置。
至於醬料區,除左你叫火鍋料佢必要幫你配既醬之外,例如:叫撈派豆腐會有豆花醬, 叫鴨血會有辣粉+芝麻粒。 所以如果想自己調醬既話就多謝成為 HKD 18/位,都唔算貴,因為有超多唔同料俾你選擇。
服務員都會超貼心關心你,有帶眼鏡會俾抹眼鏡既野俾你。見你長頭髮無綁起,又會俾髮圈你。食完會俾薄荷糖你。

食物質素只可以話不過不失,但今次太興奮叫得太多,覺得自己點左好小姐,但係已經食到頂到上心口。 我地食完佢仲送左個免費既糯米滋甜品俾我地。
我仲同我既狐狸先生目擊係我地旁邊一台既四位女士,點樣係一位男服務員身上獲得免費食物既經過,男服務員俾四位女士不停稱讚好靚仔呀!,然後牛小排直接免費送到。傾傾下又估下人地幾歲咁,可能傾傾下熟左掛,又再送多2支酒。然後上其中一道生菜,唔知係底D蔬菜唔太新鮮定點,個靚仔服務員見到之後就話FREE埋俾佢地,所以話黎打邊撈真係要多D人先好。
欣賞的地方 1. 服務的態度真心好,每個服務員都會主動問你有咩需要幫忙 一坐低就有專人為你送上小食和水果 有免費的美甲服務(一去到馬上跑去預約美甲的某女) 食物上既時候服務員會為你準備配搭好的醬料
可以改善的地方 1. 櫈子是比較大坐得舒服的類型,但腳長的朋友,腳的位置沒地方伸展,很迫。 這間分店的醬料好像不太齊全really好像沒有沙茶醬和紅醋

頭盤 海底撈手拍青瓜 = 拿一個裝電話的袋子,拿[青瓜]幾根裝進去,用手機使勁擲,加進拌料(蒜泥 + 醋 + 鹽 + 香油 + 芝麻 + 醬油 + 花生碎 + 泰國椒+蔥),再搖幾下,成了! 鍋巴小吃 = 拿裝電話袋裝 [鍋巴] +[辣椒粉] ,搖搖搖,可以吃了
