We live in the area and just wanted to try something different. Food was good, tasty, sizable dishes and fairly priced. Service was terrific, partly due to me being western and the menu being only in Chinese. Considering Joyous's location on the fringe of Wanchai Market area, and with so many tourists around, there probably should be an English menu, but if there is, they didn't offer it. Read more(dinner review) Food is five stars, service can be hit or miss. Love going here for some quality cantonese dishes that are tasty and well-prepared. The prices are very reasonable and depending on if they run out at the end of the night, they usually always offer a free bowl of Chinese dessert at the end of the meal (red bean soup, etc.). If you pay before 7:30 pm, or sit down after 8:30 pm, you get an extra 12% off. Best dishes I always get? The sweet n sour pork, salted egg fried squid, fried rice with egg white/scallop, and eggplant/minced pork pot. Have had many others, basically they're...
