感受很差的一次購物體驗。詢問職員，會員卡沒有帶，可以用手機內照片的條碼嗎？她愛理不理，指一指收銀枱面的一張通告。一大段文字，並非我想要的答案，其實作為老闆或者員工，只要簡單答一句“必須出示實體會員卡，方有折扣”，簡簡單單便處理好。但該名收銀員工臉無表情地再指一指通告。我知道她性格是這樣，便不想繼續詢問。當我轉身時，聽到她在我後面說：“通告無寫咩” 是非常無禮的口吻。即是，客人問問題，她不作回應。但客人轉身，她便開口抱怨。我把通告用手機映抵，轉身才慢慢睇，發現我問的答案在最下面，你需要客人全部睇一次，不如直接回應解答，是不是來得更快捷？再睇睇其他的留言，噢，我明白了，原來不志在，志不在此，做唔做到生意無所謂。態度囂張無所謂。閒日星期一至五上去幫襯，客流量少，都用這種態度。假若星期六日客人多，忙起上嚟，可想而知，態度只有更差，沒有最差。還是少幫襯好。
