I looked everywhere for a private kitchen that would offer both excellent food and ambiance for a memorable farewell dinner, but much to my dismay, the satisfaction is far less than what was expected at Les Saveurs. Even under the fifth wave, the tables are closely packed together in such a small, confined space that worries me throughout the dinner. The restaurant is located in a hustling bustling district (with a wet market next to it) which does not help at all with setting the mood right for fining dining, speaking of which, the price for the meal is ridiculously high for what was offered and presented. Food and presentation was good, but within far reach to the price level and the definition of "fine dining" in Hong Kong. I would only say it is a standardized French / Western meal with no surprise. Food ingredients are common materials that can be found in any American dinners. 💌 Food, service and environment are all on-point 😚🤌🏼 This was my second visit and still rmb my favourite dish in the last visit - 42°C Fresh Smoked Salmon, sadly it’s not on the VDay menu last year🥲 But anyway, time to plan for the next visit 😌😌😌

Read moreHighly recommended! It has definitely made our day and exceeded our expectations. The dishes are delicious and exquisite, one could feel the thoughts that have gone into food preparation. For the reasonable price, it is very good value for the wonderful food and dining experience. Tried the restaurant during dining week.
Starting from the bread was nice and warm and goes well with the butter. And for the appetizer, tuna was amazing with the sauce. For another appetizer, the quail salad was delicious. The soup we had was great, it had different ingredients thoughtfully placed and each gives different layers of taste.
For mains, we had crispy fish and risotto. Crispy fish was wonderful! Very tasty and goes well with the sauce. Must try crispy fish. The risotto has a very rich sauce and flavour.
