🇮🇹 Last night, my aunt and I had the pleasure of experiencing a feast for the senses at this new Italian gem. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat.

1️⃣ Parma Ham & Melon ($148): Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with this classic Italian appetizer. The combination of the sweet and juicy melon with the savory and delicate Parma ham is a match made in culinary heaven. It's a refreshing and light dish that will awaken your palate.

2️⃣ Parmesan Fries ($68): Indulge in a crispy and cheesy delight with these parmesan fries. Each bite is a perfect balance of crispy exterior and creamy interior, enhanced by the rich and nutty flavor of parmesan cheese. It's a guilty pleasure you won't be able to resist.

3️⃣ Vongole Risotto ($228): Prepare yourself for a taste of Italian comfort with this exquisite risotto. The al dente Arborio rice is cooked to perfection and infused with the flavors of the sea from the succulent clams. It's a symphony of textures and tastes that will transport you to the coast of Italy.

Looking for a great Italian restaurant for a sweet date night, Mano would be a place to consider! It’s hidden on the 5/F of a building in causeway bay. Here are my favourite dishes:

🔴 Mano Meatballs 🔴 This is one of their signature, big juicy meatballs submerged in garlic tomato sauce and covered with Parmesan cheese 🧀It definitely was a good appetizer 😄

🐔 Chicken Parmigiana 🐔 The chicken breast is also tastes very tender 😙 and the coating is so crispy! What’s special about this dish is that there were porcini mushrooms in the meat, adding some moisture to the dish 👌🏻 Sided with some thick fries, best combo ✨

🍝 Black Truffle Mushroom Tagliatelle 🍝 Look at the giant slices of truffle on top of it! 👀 The tagliatelle 🍝 is filled with truffle and other mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 taste! The texture of spaghetti more on the soft side.

🍰 Tiramisu 🍰 The tiramisu is one of favourite tiramisu 🤩 It had fingers mascarpone 🍰 soaked with rum underneath the coffee powder. 🍨 I love this a lot!

There are so many other great options, I honestly would come back to try more of their dishes, seemed...

Mediocre food, 90 minutes dining time, table were only 10cm apart. Don’t come for dinner. 食物普通，90分鐘還枱，枱與枱得10cm，不建議嚟食晚餐

BG: We (2 persons) ordered 2 cocktails, 2 sharing mains, and 1 starter. The bill was a little over $1k. 背景：兩個人，叫咗2杯飲品，1個前菜，2個分享size主菜，埋單1000多啲

I don’t usually go to these local style “western” restaurants - but this rare visit matches my expectations for restaurants of this kind (i.e. greedy and bad).

1. 90-min dining: We only ate for an hour until a waitress came and “reminded” us to return the table soon. 90 minutes for 2 drinks 1 starter and 2 sharing size dish (pasta & chicken with fries)? We haven’t even finished the food at that point.

Staff said they told us when we were seated - obviously if we know we wouldn’t have ordered so much food?! Also no reminder in confirmation email.

2. Cramped space: At the row we ate, there were 4 tables for 2 putting side by side - and each one was only about 10cm apart!

3. Mediocre food: Bland. Lobster rigatoni was cold. Chicken parmigiana was tough. Not...
