Saizeriya Ristorante e Caffè — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Saizeriya anywhere else is the best place to go to anytime, but the new location in Causeway Bay is a nightmare!!! Terribly understaffed, we were made to wait an hour before being allowed to enter even if we can see a lot of tables are unoccupied. This is because of there were only 3 waiters(one was actually the cashier) running the place. People were lined up outside for a long time and at one point when people followed up and asked if we could sit at the table that were unoccupied, the waiter said "you are free to visit other restaurants if you cannot wait because we are still full". Imagine that! There was also a line of 5 sometimes waiting for the cashier at the register while he was serving food. People can just walk out without paying and no one will notice 😱 Also, all the pizzas were "sold out" even if it was only 5:30pm. They need to up their game soon before they gain a bad reputation for...

Food is good and the value of food is worth it , however the environment and service they don't care about it . The server and Manager show such an irresponsible attitude . Showing their anger and sometime we saw them shouting at the customers. They dnt know how to bus the table and set-up with the new one .

Frankly speaking if I visit again I will visit because of the food taste..

"SAIZERIYA " can be the one if the best reasturant however, due to staff and Manager it will never grow up which is sad to see .

I visited Yiyue City Saizeriya restaurant today and was very disappointed by the service I received from the waiter, and the chef was very rude. He could not customize the pizza for me and told me to go to another restaurant. Food I ordered was not the Italian style had a touch of Chinese style in there. I’ve been to many Italian restaurants, and they put extra toppings whatever I want on my pizza and they charge me for the extra topping, but this restaurant refuse to do so and the staff was very rude. They did not even Provide napkins or water. I would never recommend this...
