You'll find Starbucks throughout Hong Kong Island including this branch on Queen's Road East in Sheung Wan. The shop is a bit small with limited seating area, staff speak English with no problem. Decor has an urban industrial feel, coffee and light bites are what you expect of HK Island based Starbucks franchises. Stopped here a week ago for morning espresso and croque monsieur. Cheese was nicely melted, ham tasted fine. Espresso was exactly what I expected. In short, like other branches, Starbucks has its place in HK. They are open early and offer up predictable and consistent coffee drinks and counter food orders.

Small branch, but some seating available, was quite empty in the evening so perfect for a last minute work fixes with the laptop. Baristas Victor & Florence made my day by giving the best recommendations on a Christmas - themed drink that will fit my taste and overall are super helpful and cheerful. Keep it up!

Ordinary starbucks. It is located on Queen's road, where is rather calm. This starbucks shop is also calm and quiet. There are 10 tables with 2 chairs each. Staffs are nice and kind. No busy, no hurry, no hasty, no crowd.

The only disappointment of this location is sometimes the college students from HKU and agents from AIA will take up all the table to conduct their business for many hours without all buying from the location and leave another paying customer without any place to rest and enjoy...
