Zero One Coffee & Roastery — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

The most ridiculous service at coffee cafe I've ever been, paid for the coffee and the girl staffs was telling me to be seated first, so I thought the coffee would be delivered to us, however after waiting for more than 20 mins and I went down to check, my order was ready there for few mins with none of any staffs come over and telling us if it has to be collected by ourself to bring it to our seat. What a joke! Would never recommend anyone to come over to this cafe for this service. The worst service ever, the staffs doesnt seems care at all. New cafe discovered… ventured out after a long time. Was looking for a good coffee shop in the Central and was drawn to the high rating of this cafe on Google reviews. Must say, the reviews and the ratings did justice. I had the coconut latte and my friend had an americano. Coffee was tasty. Smooth with nice aroma. Stumbled upon this coffee place while walking around central market. I was glad that I entered and ordered an iced latte, I usually prefer darker roast beans but theirs was medium roasted. It packs bold flavours with hints of nuts and cocoa and sweet after taste. The milk complements the espresso giving it a smooth and creamy texture.
