Probably the worst street food I have ever had in HK. I ordered an earl grey tea egg puffs and it turned out to be egg waffle instead. I told the lady it’s wrong order and she insisted I said it wrong with her mean attitude. Since there are people lined up behind me, I didn’t want to fight so I just took the egg waffle and it’s super soft, not crunchy at all, super sloppy, feels like the inside is not even properly cooked. They were super busy but they kept taking orders and just try to get rid of the customer with their horrible attitude and the things they serve. The whole experience is just disappointing...

Mammy Pancake ถือเป็นร้านที่พลาดไม่ได้สำหรับใครที่เดินทางไปฮ่องกง ด้วยชื่อเสียงระดับมิชลินไกด์ และสาขาที่กระจายอยู่ทั่วเกาะ ทำให้การเข้าถึงความอร่อยนี้ไม่ใช่เรื่องยากเลยค่ะ

ร้าน Mammy Pancake ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นร้านขนาดเล็ก แบบ Takeaway ไม่มีที่นั่งรับประทาน บรรยากาศโดยรวมเรียบง่าย สะอาดสะอ้าน พนักงานทำงานรวดเร็วและเป็นมืออาชีพ ถึงแม้จะมีคิวบ้างในช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วน แต่การจัดการคิวก็ทำได้ดี ทำให้รอไม่นานค่ะ

หัวใจหลักของ Mammy Pancake คือ "แพนเค้กไข่" หรือที่คนไทยรู้จักกันในชื่อ "ขนมรังผึ้งฮ่องกง" ซึ่งมีให้เลือกหลากหลายรสชาติ ทั้งรสออริจินัล ช็อกโกแลต ชาเขียว หรือแม้แต่รสชาติพิเศษตามฤดูกาล

แพนเค้กไข่ (Original Egg Puff): นี่คือเมนูห้ามพลาด! ตัวแป้งด้านนอกกรอบกำลังดี มีกลิ่นหอมของไข่และนมชัดเจน ด้านในมีความนุ่มหนึบ กัดเข้าไปแล้วสัมผัสได้ถึงความเบา ฟู และรสชาติที่หวานกำลังพอดี ไม่เลี่ยนเลยค่ะ ยิ่งกินตอนร้อนๆ ยิ่งอร่อย เหมือนได้ลิ้มรสความคลาสสิกของฮ่องกงจริงๆ แพนเค้กช็อกโกแลต (Chocolate Egg Puff): สำหรับคนรักช็อกโกแลต เมนูนี้ก็อร่อยไม่แพ้กัน เม็ดช็อกโกแลตที่แทรกอยู่ในเนื้อแป้งจะละลายเล็กน้อยเมื่อกัดเข้าไป เพิ่มความเข้มข้นและรสสัมผัสที่หลากหลายขึ้น แพนเค้กชาเขียว (Green Tea Egg Puff): รสชาตินี้จะออกแนวหอมชาเขียวอ่อนๆ เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบความละมุนและไม่หวานจัด ราคา:

They have a menu with different fillings from some traditional Chinese food. I had the salted egg yolk waffle. The salted egg flavour was fairly mild. I would have liked the batter to be saltier. However, the actual waffle itself was very good - crispy on the outside and doughy inside. I would definitely come back and try other flavours. It was nice to see a fusion of.Hong Kong street...
