Dare to say, this is one of the best skewer places in town. Extensive menus yet inexpensive; quick service; huge drinks portion; and most importantly the skewers are always delicious..

My favourites of the night go to: The Lollipop- a meticulous roll of sliced pork and hairy gourd, put beautifully on a skewer and served with an absolutely delicious Japanese grill sauce and a wonderful egg yolk. This is 10/10 so good!

The mentaiko mayo on grilled yam- not slimy at all and very refreshing, the mayo was the way we liked and complimented the yam very well.

This time we ordered a few sweet treats and found my new fave: The lemon honey and butter grilled bread. THIS IS HEAVENLY.

The bread was toasted to extremely crispy, topped with candied lemon, drizzled with honey, and finished with a big slices of cold butter. Everything melted in your mouth instantly and it’s the best piece of toast I’ve had in a while.

Out of all the new skewers we tried, I still encore on the squid roll wrapped with crispy chicken skin. This is their signature and it’s really tasty. It’s bouncy, juicy and the chicken oil essence infused with the seafood flavours of the squid roll. You mustn’t miss this.

The pork skewers were so yum we sampled a lot of them. But you know, as fans of beef, we won’t miss the beef skewers. We got both the wagyu sticks and the A4 Miyazaki wagyu one was so buttery and succulent. Plus, the price is...

This skewer restaurant is a hidden gem along this “special street” in Mongkok. Please follow your Google map as its outer signage has no lighting, so you may give it a miss.

Its signature dishes are Goose’s liver roasted with green apple on the toast 鵝肝青蘋果多士 and barbecued avocado wrapped by pork meat. There are other fusion dishes such as minced octopus roll wrapped by chicken skin. Other dishes are culinary delights. There are occasionally buy-one-get-one free discounts on beers.

Though it has a friendly vibe, the seating is quite packed due to limited space. People weigh the privacy more, may choose another restaurant. As a local skewer restaurant, its hygiene standard and service are acceptable. Payment methods are...

The place was still very crowded on a weekday evening. I think I had the best grilled chicken skin so far─it was so thin and crispy, unlike what I had before.

All of their skewers were well seasoned and served after freshly grilled. My personal favourite has to be the French Goose Liver Pasted with Toast. I love how they added a slice of apple to make the taste more fresh and less oily.

Would definitely pay another visit to try...
