Pic 1️⃣: 芒果糯米飯梳乎厘 / Mango Sticky Rice Soufflé Pancake (2 pcs) - $50 hkd 🥭 🥞 — An interesting take on the iconic Thai dessert and to my surprise this actually works really well! Their soufflé pancakes were so pillowy soft and jiggly, they had a rich eggy flavour and were cooked perfectly. The mango coconut sauce was smooth, fragrant and not overly sweet, which accompanied the pancakes well. Loved the addition of fresh juicy mangoes for a refreshing kick and tropical flavours.
Pic 2️⃣: 宇治抹茶3.6牛乳雪糕 / Shizuoka Matcha - $35 hkd 🍵🍦 — A must order for matcha lovers! This isn’t just pretty to look at but tastes amazing too! The milk ice cream has a smooth and creamy texture with an intense milk flavour, whilst not being overly sweet. The matcha jelly has a strong matcha taste and goes really well against the sweetness of the ice cream.
Pic 3️⃣: 特濃朱古力3.6牛乳奶昔 / Molten Chocolate 3.6 Milkshake - $45 hkd 🍫 — SO DECADENT. Drinking this made me feel so guilty but I just couldn’t resist simply because of how good it was. The milkshake was so creamy and full of chocolate goodness, every sip was better than the last. Despite the amount of chocolate in this, it was at a good sweetness level. I loved the addition of shaved chocolate on top which added a contrast of textures and intensified the chocolate taste even further.
📍Ambiance: no dine in area so you’ll have to eat on the street around the store, OR if there’s space, there’s the option to eat on the sides of their food truck. ⭐️Would visit...
Read moreHappen to came across the a video of them making the souffle via Instagram through a friend. Just so happen to be in HK and I knew I had to give it a shot. I was impressed and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to wish to satisfy their desserts cravings and are near Jordan or Yau Ma Tei.
The price are at 48 HKD for the Original and Chocolate flavoured souffle. It's taste was surprising because it was not as sweet as I what I had expected it to be and I had a wonderful time sharing it with a couple of friends. I haven't had enough time to try all the flavours but I would definitely recommend you to try the rest of the original and also the rest of the flavours.
The location was not difficult to navigate since it's only a 10 mins walk from Yau Ma Tei Exit A2. However, the only bad points about it is that it lacks the space to sit down and enjoy the dessert with your friends, neither does it have sufficient shelter to enjoy your dessert without worrying that it would rain.
Overall, it is a definite 4 stars for the location, price and taste of the souffle amidst the lack of...
