I used to go there for quick dinner. Didn't go for some time. Their food quality gone down so much. My order came with a dish of raw rice. I complained they replied it's like this. I showed them rice are hard can't be pressed. Then they were obliged to change a vermicelli. The food came with the raw rice underneath. That is they have not done a proper job to replace! I have visited a few Tai Hing in different locations recently, all disappointing!!

The crispy bun with condensed milk and butter took 30 mins and this is how much butter we had to take out in order to eat it. Crazy!

Tea is over-steeped and unpalatable. For a restaurant that charges a premium, it is very disappointing.
