Halfway coffee has around 5 stores in Hong Kong and it is filled with some traditional HK vibes, especially their cups. 👀Other than coffees, they also serve some food and dessert, totally worth a try because they make some of the ingredients (e.g jam) themselves! 💗They also have their own column of their own special drinks. 🍯Longan Honey Latte 🍯 To be honest, I don’t taste a strong longan flavour to it. 😅Instead, there is a hint of honey. I think it is because I ordered it less sugar so the flavours are not as strong. Other than this latte, there is also a longan honey Americano which you could also give it a try!👌🏻

🍎Apple Tart 🍎 OH My! Definitely give their tarts a try, I was told by the waiter that they made the sauce and dried the fruit themselves which I was surprised. 🫢The sauce was a mango sauce, it was pretty refreshing and goes super well with the apple tart. It makes the tart taste less filling. Other than apple tart, they also have this lemon tart, I am definitely trying this next time I visit!🤩

When I went there, it was actually quite hot inside the store. But I totally fell in love with their interior design, it reminds me of home, Home...

visited this because it was near our hotel! it has such a quaint old school interior, and i really liked that the walls were decorated with featured photographers' work and the monologue magazines added a really nice touch to the interior. i really liked their cups too! super pretty designs.

we got the flat white, espresso matcha latte and longan honey latte. their flat white is so good if you can only order one thing this would be it. it isn't too acidic or bitter and it's got a nice flavour profile and mouthfeel! classic coffee done well.

i was expecting more from the espresso matcha latte... i only tasted matcha not coffee and it was quite sweet, didn't get to choose sugar level or anything so this was the default. it was pretty okay i guess but it left me wanting more... especially since i really like drinking dirty matchas.

the longan honey latte also missed the mark for me, had a few mouthfuls but i couldn't taste the longan or honey only coffee 🥺 it didnt seem to be very well balanced sadly because i thought the drink sounded so interesting.

will come back if i pass by bc they have quite a few outlets and the coffee is okay i guess! didnt get to try...

By far one of the best espressos you can get in Hong Kong.
