Food is decent but a little below par for a hotel restaurant. Would habe given a 3 star for food but the service granted it a 2 star. Servers were collecting dishes that was unfinished (twice, without asking); empty dishes were not collected. They were closing up for the afternoon session so clearing out tables and chairs by dragging on hard wood floor right next to our table. So we suffered from loud dragging noises for 10mins while waiting for our dessert, red bean paste soup. A good red bean paste soup is supposed to have a rich texture, we eneded up with a...

Eagle's Garden is situated at the second floor of Hilton Garden's Inn at Mong Kok.

We had dim sum for weekend lunch. Amongst the dim sums we ordered, we particularly liked the fish maw with chicken steamed dish and the goose pastry. All other dishes tasted good as well, although the price point is on the higher end (given this is a 4 star hotel after all). Do note that for hotel guests, you get a 20% off final bill, which can be nice!

Great experience overall, recommended for those who are staying in Hilton Garden Inn to give this...

Food quality has dropped dramatically since after Covid. Most dishes were tasteless. Their signature BBQ pork no longer uses high quality pork, it now has a bland taste on the inside and the texture of the meat is poor. We came intended to show our relatives how good the food of this restaurant is but instead we have shown them how tastless their food is. Not worth their high prices, not even for lowered prices.

Lowered food quality is the main problem of poor...
