Hello, I was visiting Hong Kong for the first time for 11 days. I like to eat fresh food so while I was inKwaloon bay I will go to that location for my lunch and after I eat the most flavorful fresh ingredients I was pretty much the entire day not hungry. Due to jet lag in some late nights. this was my recovery spot! I have a taste for this soup. I learned not to get it too hot but spice spice. Now that I live in Hong Kong Island, I happen to find the second location out of the blue. I really recommend this place. Try to come when it’s not busy, but you will get the ingredients in which you chose inside the restaurant. Soup is fresh environment is fun and I think the owner is very mama like. First, the mala spice mixture came separately with the other picked ingredients, so you have to mix it yourself, which I think does not help the flavour, if it's not mixed beforehand. And the taste was very bland and boring, there was no spice or numbness, which makes mala mala.
