After visiting this place for many times, I have finally made a decision to leave a review. I think I drink good coffee outside a lot more often than I made my own, but I have never found a place that is super policing when it comes to coffee. I sometimes put sugar/syrup, a tiny bit of it, based on my mood, and I think it's pretty common for customer to drink coffee, especially hot, with some sugar. But this place treats their single origin coffee beans like they fall from heaven and would offer to give me my money than give me freaking syrup or sugar. The first time I went there and asked for it, they insisted I shouldnt put any and I tried their way. I did for like 5 times and decided I still wanted my syrup. The last time I decided to ask for it because I prefer it that way. And my tongue is good enough to still distinguish the 'specialy single origins' flavour despite two drops of syrup, but they pissed me off by giving me a lecture abt how one shouldn't put syrup in the single origin coffee. You know what, I visit so many cafés everywhere to know this is the only place that does this so far. So maybe learn to respect your customer's choice and...
Read moreSuper rude waiter. Don’t go there if you look for a nice experience. It closes at 630pm and we were asked to leave at 638pm (which is fine) but the waiter used a very rude tone and basically yelled at me saying he can’t take the pressure (so I should take his?)
Reply to your reply: pls check your cam again on how your colleague talked to me and yelled how he couldn’t take the pressure (pls turn on audio).
Pls don’t lie and reply to a review like this. Writing a long reply doenst help. We appreciate letting us stay pass your close time which we were not aware. We were asking for the key to bathroom in the mall (which we will return and wouldn’t take much of his time?) and he yelled at me saying he couldn’t take the pressure. True or not? We had 7 drinks and we were not allowed to use the bathroom.
Retail in HK is already difficult. Treating customers like that greatly affects HK retail too. You read all the reviews - many reviews have comment on the attitude of your staff and you checked the cam / verified they are your customers. And you refused to admit - these are genuine...
Read moreThis place has mixed reviews, personally i am very happy with both their service and coffee.
Their coffee is probably one of the cheapest on the market yet the quality is way better than many on the market. Usually i like to add extra to opt for SOE which they have a good variety of beans to choose from.
The environment is spacious and away from the crowd. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
Value for money definitely and these days there are just too many people being too ridiculous, i’ll let you judge whether the bad reviews are true. For me, this is always one of my go-to...
