A fantastic hotpot experience ! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. They were attentive and helpful to our needs, always checking in to refill our broths and bring extra ingredients without us even having to ask.

The food presentation was beautiful, everything are fresh and appetizing, from the thinly sliced meats to the fresh vegetables and assorted seafood. Really appreciated that it’s an all-you-can-eat and all you can drink setup with no time limit, so we never felt rushed and could truly relax and enjoy our meal at our own pace.

Price is for unlimited time of hotpot. It start with a set of fresh seafood and meat, that's ok and quite fresh. But it's just 1 set, not unlimited. After that, you can order their other cheaper meat and food for hotpot, but the options are very very limited, and to get worse, some items not are available at all, when ordering in the app, it's available, but then after a long while it's still not delivered, so we asked the staff, and then they tell us it's not available, no one even bother to care or help or notice us. For this price, even you let us sit whole night, but the food are very limited, what do you expect us to do? just drink Beverage whole night? We end up only stayed for 1.5 hours. Disappointed experience. Not...

The varieties of food and the super friendly service amazed us. 2 stars deducted for the experience/atmosphere as we were seated facing the AC. I understand that they had to turn up the AC, given the dozens of hotpots in place. However, we were freezing ourselves and had to leave pretty soon once we're done. I would definitely come back, but try to avoid table #3. 🙃 They have 2 floors, and most people would be on the upper one. However, if your group consists of elders or anyone with issues climbing up stairs, be sure to request for the ground...
